Situated on the East side of beautiful Keuka Lake, our large, level, private beach is perfect for swimming, sunbathing, boating and relaxing! Our cottage is 5 miles from shops and restaurants in Penn Yan and a 15 minute drive from Hammondsport, which was recently named 'America's Coolest Small Town'!
We are within walking distance of Rooster Hill Winery and a short drive from at least 15-20 of the best wineries in the Finger Lakes!

Stayed May 27, 2022What more is there to say when it’s a 5-star property?! Perfect location with yard to play with grandchildren ages 2-8. Add to that an amazing, well-appointed kitchen that needs nothing except your food, super clean inside, and owners who are friendly & provide excellent communications.
