Stayed Jun 17, 2025This is our first VRBO experience, so we do not have a basis for comparison. It was a destination wedding for our older daughter. The house had the characteristics that we needed- dog friendly, two full baths and bedrooms for 5 adults. The rooms and baths were good. We never received the address for the property. We found it through a real estate listing. The combination for the door to get in was not accurate and it took several texts with property manager to get in. The same with the Wi-Fi address and password. We were able to access only one TV. There were several thermostats but only one worked, but we could not get the temperature below 73 on the first floor and upstairs was hotter. Fortunately, the heat wave did not come until after we left. It appears that there is only one working HVAC unit which is insufficient for a house of this size. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were able to use it as we wanted. We were very busy until our daughter's wedding on Friday, so we did not attempt to contact the property manager after getting the Wi-Fi set up.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The home was perfect for our 3 adult children, their partners, and our 1-year-old grandson. We also brought our small older dog who we are reluctant to board. The home was immaculate and well-stocked. It was very comfortable and spacious. The host was easy to contact and responded to emails promptly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
