Great property with lots to do! We enjoyed hosting a church group summer camp and the kids all had a great time. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the property was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend!

Our team came here for a staff retreat and we enjoyed our stay at the condos. Communication prior to check-in was thorough, fast, and attentive. Check-in process was simple. The property looks even better in person - all the amenities worked well. There were lots of activities for kids and adults. I highly recommend this place for your visit!!!

We had my bachelor party here and it was excellent. They have everything you need for a large group to have a bunch of fun. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed volleyball and pool.

Family fun. Children, spouses, grandchildren, great grandchildren and fur babies. Lots of activities provided at the facility. Outside grills and pits. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Was a great stay. The place was great and had everything.

The place is better than the pictures. Everything was ready to go and the communication from the property owners was fantastic. If you have a large group you’d be hard pressed to fond a better place to stay near the lake!

Most everyone loved the private lakeview resort, especially the kids. Just know that the bathrooms are downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs. Adding a few bottled waters for guests arrivals might help improve your ratings. J/S

Everything was clean and organized. Hot water in my unit was very limited and not very hot.

We had 11 adults and 11 children ages 3 - 15. This property allow for all families to have their own space when needed but a wonderful area outside for us to be together. The kids never complained that they were bored because there was so much space with lots to do. The basketball court was probably the biggest hit. Horseshoes, disc golf and pool was also used often. We had s’mores every night using the Firepit. Thankful for all the heaters on the property as we had cold weather that wasn’t originally expected. So much fun and memories. A few things needed to be addressed but the management company was quick to get back with us.

We loved this place! Kept busy the whole time with activities on site. Although we enjoyed some local hiking and ventured out a bit, it was nice not to HAVE to leave the compound. They had it all.

this property is beautiful, very convenient for large groups. we had a wonderful and delightful stay.

It was perfect for our family. We had the in-laws (on both sides), kids, and pets. The in-laws had their separate condo. We're a mixed couple and this setup gave each side the range to do whatever they want without worrying about the other side.The kids had plenty of activities to do. We had one 2 year old and two 5 year olds. There was plenty of games and activities for them to entertain themselves.The pets. Plenty of outdoor space for the dogs to run around, but most importantly, not everyone in our family are dog lovers. So the setup allowed us to separate the animals from the people.

This venue was perfect for our small group of 12 employees. Even though it was raining, we had plenty of activities to keep us busy. Will definitely visit again!

Family had a wonderful time

This place is a great stay for large families looking to stay together in a place that has many things to do. It is 4 apartments in total in that big building. I would add to the online description the rules about checking out. We just happened to look at the binder and saw the rules about the trash, sheets, towels, etc., and what you needed to do upon checking out. I am glad we did otherwise we would have missed that. The other thing is that next to the refrigerator there is a map for how to get to the lake. We walked there, but got kicked out by a police officer saying it was Federal property. Everyone enjoyed all the outdoor activities available in the property. Wished we would have stayed more days.

This property is everything you see and more. There was so much to do that you really don't need to leave. Great for not just family trips but adult only as well. The property is as described. Everyone has their own space if need be. I celebrated my 40th birthday here with 14 adults and we had the best time. The night before my arrival, I spoke with the host and told them why I was coming. They made a special trip last minute to the store to get a birthday card, tiara, blowers, a ballon and a bottle of wine. That was very sweet and very unexpected. I had no issues contacting the host as they were very fast. No issues with the property either. We will definitely book a week trip next time with the kiddos. Sadly the lake was too low to use the dock right by the house but 8 minutes down the way is Lake Canyon Park where you can swim and drop your boat in. There is even jet ski rentals available. Only 2 boat ramps were accessible, both being in parks. Cost $20 per vehicle. Was fine with us though. We enjoyed the lake as it was that beautiful blue green color. You won't regret booking here.

Fantastic set up for families. We came for a wedding and with each family having their own space made getting ready a breeze. The amenities kept everyone busy from adults to the kids. Definitely recommend this house.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property was as described and the manager/owner were extremely helpful with a few issues (that we caused). It was a perfect space for our family reunion. The only complaint I have is that the lake level was extremely low and the boat ramps were unusable due to the lake being drained. I wish we would have known that ahead of time before we pulled a jet ski across Texas with hopes of using it in the lake!

While the pictures online can be a little confusing at showing the layout, we loved the property. With each of the 4 condos separated, it allows privacy when needed while still allowing plenty of social space right outside. Lots of cooking supplies, trash cans and bags, and games were left for us which was very helpful. Also the owner was easy to talk to and very helpful. 5/5 would recommend for a large group.
