We recently stayed here for a scuba diving trip and overall had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect — incredibly convenient to our dive shop and easy access to all the activities the area has to offer. The property itself is spacious and well-suited for groups, with plenty of common areas to gather and spread out. The cabanas worked well for our group, though it's worth noting that the bunk room cabana lacks an easily accessible bathroom, which could be a consideration depending on your group's needs. On the practical side, the dining table only seats 4, which felt undersized for a property of this scale, and the absence of a dishwasher was a minor inconvenience for a larger group. That said, the real star of this property is the outdoor space. Two tiki bars, two canal access points, and an abundance of seating areas make it an incredible place to unwind after a day on the water. Watching the mangroves, enjoying the canal, and spending time together in that setting was exactly what we were looking for. The camper van hookups and pet friendliness were a great bonus that added flexibility for our group. If you're planning a dive trip to Key Largo and want a property with fantastic outdoor amenities that can accommodate a crowd, this is a great choice.

Everything was clean and organized when we arrived. We love the property, it is so secluded and lots of fishing the whole time we were there. We stayed a month and hope to go back again!

Excellent home for our vacation in Key Largo. It was more than a house, it was a compound that included two outside cabins that the teenage boys enjoyed along with one adult who had his own cabin with full bathroom/shower. Two tikis for outdoor entertainment. The main home was beautiful and equipped with most everything we needed to be very comfortable. Easy access to water when boating. Overall a wonderful place to stay and travel out from to close destinations. Great restaurants close by along with snorkeling exhibitions. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place for our 2 week family stay. Huge parking area! 30 amp RV connection with water and sewer. We parked a 40 ft. motorhome, two boat trailers - 31 and 33ft, two 3/4 ton 4 door trucks, a minivan, and a Chevy Traverse, and could have put another car inside the gate. We moored a Grady White 282 - 30 ft. LOA, and a ProLine 2510 - 27 ft LOA, at the two docks. It's about 15 minutes through the mangroves by boat north to Garden Cove and ocean access. You must drive a few minutes south on U.S. 1 to get bait. Boat gas available at Garden Cove Marina. There are actually two cabanas, in addition to the spacious main house, one with an en suite bath. Our local contact, D.J. next door, is the former owner of the property and is just a GREAT guy. Very helpful. The neighbors are great, including the people across the canal. We felt very secure. There is a second refrigerator and sink in the outdoor bar/Tiki hut. The second Tiki is a good hangout. Our grandson caught legal keeper snapper from the third dock with the swim ladder. Two fish cleaning stations with sinks. To avoid contaminating the food freezers, we brought and left a new 3 cu. ft. bait freezer at the fish cleaning station at the boat dock. It should last a couple of years in the salty environment.

Our extended family stay in Key Largo was fantastic. This property is located on a canal that allowed us to dock our 26' center console just perfectly. Not only was the home just right for us, but the backyard within the privacy fence with the tiki huts was our hangout place. We couldn't have asked for more fitting accommodations for our stay in The Keys.
