The most magical vacation with the perfect house. The location is outstanding especially for kids. The house was able to hold 4 different couples with kids very comfortably with room for more. We will definitely be looking to book this location again in the future.

Love this vacation rental on the beautiful Rainbow River. This is our 5th year staying at this property and we’ve already booked again for 2027. House has everything you need for your stay, as the host keeps property well maintained and well stocked with essentials. We always use the kayaks and paddle boards provided. Great for couples or families. Book your dates and enjoy. You will not be disappointed.

Great house, clean, the ac is always working and the house stays very cool, the access to the water divine!!! Perfect for our out of state family members to enjoy comfortable bedrooms while celebrating an 80th birthday!!

The house is spectacular. Relaxing and nestled into a quiet part of the river. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils and everything needed for a long or short stay. The property owner was very attentive and responsive. We had 5 couples staying on property and we all had ample room.

The house is very clean and spacious. Perfect spot on the river, about a 40 min float down to swampies. There are multiple kayaks and paddle boards for use. Amber was very responsive and the check in process was very simple. Second time staying at this property and will be continuing to rent this place for future trips!

Great space and the best water on the river!

This was the best home on Rainbow River. I celebrate every year for my birthday on the river and this by far is the best. A great HOST and more than enough of everything to enjoy!

I think this is the most beautiful spot along the Rainbow River. A few feet upstream the river splits to go around 2 islands. the branch that runs by the house is shallow (up to waist deep), clear and almost magical. Its a great place for young swimmers, especially if they want to go to the private island or learn to paddle board or kayak. The dock and ladder allow even us 84 year olds to easily hop into a kayak and paddle up or downstream. Being a prime spot on the river, the house was built in the early days and as a result was not or is not easily remodelled. The owners have certainly have tried. The owners are friendly, gracious, and prompt to solve your problems. We had a delightful February.

We absolutely loved the house! There was plenty of room for our family. We liked that the water was steps away from the back door. During our trip the water level off the back deck was about waist high. We were able to hang in the water and enjoy each other and the surroundings. My son loved paddle board around the private island. All and all, we had an amazing time.

This property was such a great place to stay with kids! The living area was spacious, with plenty of seating for everyone. There were plenty of bedrooms, clean and newly remodeled bathrooms, a large, well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful view of the river.The outdoor seating was awesome, with numerous seating areas and great view of the river. The Rainbow river did not disappoint. The water is crystal clear and delightfully cool. We saw otters, gators, turtles and numerous water birds. The kayaks and paddleboards provided by the owners were very convenient!The house is perfect for large family gatherings and the owners were very helpful with quick communication and great tips for enjoying the area.

My family & I stayed the same time last year and immediately booked again, a year in advance for this week. We love the property and the convenience of the springs being right in the back yard! We loved making unforgettable memories with our kids here. It’s truly a special location.

Perfect house and location for a big group!

We have stayed at this home for our family reunions 3/4 times. We love the size of this house and the fun little swim area just outside! This house has everything you need for a large group.

Love visiting this area of Florida, and Rainbow River is absolutley beautiful. This property is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your surroundings. This is our 3rd visit to this house and we love it more and more each time we stay. Amber is a wonderful host, very accomodating and responsive. House has everything you need. We have already booked our vacation stay for next year.

We all had a wonderful active vacation . There was so much to do on the river . My four grandchildren enjoyed the rope swing , and fishing on the island , we all enjoyed the paddle boarding , tubing , snorkeling and kayaking . The house was great , with enough room for the ten of us. We will return.

Perfect location on the river. This was our third stay at the property and have always loved it. Shallow area outside the house is perfect for kids of all ages. We had three families with kids ranging in age from 3-8 and there was more than enough space for everyone. We enjoyed all the water toys available.

This house was perfect for our springs getaway. The location could not be better! We spent the entire time enjoying the beautiful river and were very pleased with the kayaks and paddleboards supplied. Our only wish is that we could stay longer!

The location is beautiful. The house really lets many people enjoy themselves at the same time. The availability of kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, tubes, and a rope swing were fantastic and really let us enjoy the water. Also, the way the island gave a beautiful view and some privacy from the river were peaceful and enjoyable! The large round table easily sat 10 people and we even squeezed 16 in for one meal. The lazy Susan was a fan favorite! We loved, loved, loved our stay here.

This house is a lot of fun. Lots of space, right on the water, perfect for a large group of people. There are lots of kayaks and stand-up paddle boards to use. Grill, and pool table. There is a large yard, we were able to play some yard games, and a fire pit. Lots of stores near by for food and drinks. The house was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels. All you need for the kitchen as far as cooking supplies (pots, pans, utensils, etc). If you are not familiar with the area, please do your research, we went to the state part with floats, and they are not allowed. There are lots of rules on the Rainbow River. We brought the kyacks and paddle boards to the beginning of the river and took it all the way to the house, it took 3 hours going with the current. It was an amazing experience and lots of wildlife. I highly recommend this house. We had an amazing time.

This little gem has one of the best locations on the river.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. We loved the large table to eat and play games. We thought about all the stores the table could tell about all the friends and family gatherings. We loved using the paddle boards even though we brought our own boat. They were fun to use. One Thing as a suggestion : The cushions on the outside couch and love seat and chair could be replaced.

I brought my whole family here and we had a wonderful time! We were able to cook a bunch of big meals on the grill and sit at the table where we could all face each other. We love the circle table with the Lazy Susan in the middle! It was so nice to just get right on the river and not have to go to KP Whole or someone else to get in. Well worth the money!

This was our 5th or 6th time renting this house for a group dive trip and a favorite. It is a beautiful location, clean, well stocked and great communication with the host. We will be back again!

Our family has been gathering in Dunnellon for 5 years now for Thanksgiving and our rental this time was the best rental we have found by far. It was so great we have already booked it for 2026! The property is beautiful, the house has such a great set up for a large group with so many great spots to sit and relax and catch up with extended family and friends. The pool table was an awesome place to hang out, as was the fire pit, the porch, the deck and the river! It’s simply gorgeous! And the kitchen and bedroom set ups were perfect for a big cooking extravaganza. I especially appreciated the extra towels and blankets that were all soft and cozy and piled up ready for us to use. Thank you to the host for being so easy to work with and for sharing such a special home with us.

Had so much fun with family at this beautiful home! You truly cannot beat the location, the river is so peaceful and absolutely stunning! There were plenty of towels which was nice because so many rentals do not have those. My only issue was there was not salt, pepper or foil which I know something that is guaranteed but it is nice when it’s already there so you have what you need in the kitchen. With all that being said, I would definitely book again! The host was also so accommodating and very responsive which was very nice.

We had a great weekend in Rainbow! The house is in a great location to everything and the privacy of the island was wonderful. All of our friends had a great time and we would come back. We paddled from the house to Swampy. All of the swimming supplies were a great plus (tubes, floats and paddle boards). Things we would note is that there is no longer a second fridge for large groups and you can no longer use the balcony on the second floor (seen in the marketing videos on Instagram). That was a major selling point for us so that was a bummer. The upstairs room had lots of cobwebs and could use a good clean. Our friends didn’t mind, but something to consider. The bathrooms that are en suite do have secondary access from hallways. There are two grills and pretty much any supply you’d need for cooking. We had a good time regardless!

The house is amazing with plenty of room for our 16. The location is excellent. The amenities are super. Our adventures in the crystal clear river water were fantastic. The host is easily accessible and very accommodating. We will definitely return. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable experience for all of our family . s

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming river house, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was perfect.
