Private house/2.3 miles to FrenchQuarter/0.4 miles to City Park

This place was amazing. My family and I all met in Nola to run the CCC. The house is walking distance from city park, which was very convenient for us. The house is clean and decorated very stylishly. It has a huge front porch, large kitchen, two nice bedrooms with closet space, a separate office space, ample towels and plenty of supplies and staples. The host was very friendly and easy work with. We all kept saying that this was probably the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. A BIG Nola five stars!

Super easy check in, the owners were very quick to repond to all messages and very accommodating when we wanted to stay a little longer. Bottled water and coffee was provided which was great.

The house is very clean and exceptionally well-stocked with anything you might need (including plenty of coffee and bottled water). We loved the front porch and spent a lot of time there mornings and evenings. Matt responded very quickly to messages before our stay. We had no reason to contact him during the stay as it was all perfect and he graciously respects your privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. I highly recommend this property and owner. One note, we did not have a car and from the reviews we thought a couple of things would be very walkable with mentions of a couple of blocks but most things are at least a mile away. That said, ride shares were very easy with less than a 10 minute wait.

Whether you wanted to visit the French Quarter, or enjoy City Park you will be surrounded by excellent restaurants. Super clean, with a well equipped kitchen, dining room and a living room that included an up to date Apple TV. Secure and quiet neighborhood. Our stay at Matt's house was very relaxing. Although Our host was very responsive regarding entering his home and leaving at the end of our stay we had no other contact with him because everything was perfect.

We had a late arrival, but the house was well lit on the outside and inside making me feel safe. The house was spotless! There were cold waters in the fridge and more in the cabinet (which was needed with how hot it was outside). The location was great. No issues parking our rental car right in front of the house. Will stay here again if we are ever in NOLA.

This property was clean, cute, quiet, safe, in an ideal location & had everything we could want. I will 100% stay here on our next visit! Thank you for sharing your home with us.
