There is a finished walk-out lower level with a Foosball and ping pong table, and a laundry area.

There is an enclosed out-door shower and two decks outside to enjoy BBQ's and magnificent marsh views.

Location: located on a quiet dead end street approximately one mile from Boat Meadow Beach and less than a mile from the bike trail. Orleans center is about 2 miles away.

Amenities; NEW ductless mini-split air conditioning unit system, wireless internet, telephone, 2 televisions with expanded cable, DVD player, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor furniture, and 6 beach chairs. Sheets and Towels are not provided.
