Stayed May 14, 2026My family and I had a really nice time especially the pool the deck was very clean and the water was perfect the house had all the essentials you need from silverware to pots pans, everything you could possibly need was there, I will be going back in the future thanks Jody for having us.

Stayed Apr 8, 2026House is clean and a relaxed floor plan. Pool was great! Pool is enclosed and private. Enjoyed the walking on the side walk behind the house. Stores are close by. We stayed a month and totally enjoyed our time. Very relaxed! Plan on staying again! Host was great to work with.

Stayed Oct 5, 2024This was a last minute rental after Helene closed our condo on the west coast. We ended up hunkering down to wait out Milton. The area was lucky and we didn’t lose power which we had prepared for. The house was very nice and we did get to use the pool once. Found the Natural History Museum in Gainesville and were close to other attractions , many were closed because of the hurricane. The owner was very helpful and kept in touch while we waited out the storm, would definitely go back if in the area again.
