Lovely house with all the amenities. Very close to the main section of Narragansett.

Our vacation was very nice and relaxing. The river is awesome to kayak. There are so many beautiful beaches within a short drive. Just book it. It’s awesome and is exactly as described.

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this lovely, well appointed home. This was our second stay and we were so glad we came back!

Overall our stay was amazing. Comfortable beds and very clean. Only one thing, wish there was a hair blow dryer. We didn't spend much time there but it was very pleasant. Thank you

Visited the area for my daughter’s bachelorette party/ weekend away. We decided to rent a car instead of using uber . The travel back and forth to Newport is an easy drive ( 20 minutes). You will travel across two beautiful bridges with a great view . The house had very comfortable beds, updated air conditioning system, spotless and very comfortable. The house is also located in a lovely neighborhood that we walked around every morning. There’s also a nice backyard that’s fenced in with a fire pit and a grill. We also hired a private chef for a dinner at the house. Great communication from owners and easy to get in touch with when we needed too.

Absolutely a wonderful weekend with family. House was convenient to URI and had a very well equipped kitchen. The house was well maintained with clear directions about trash, temperature and where to find everything. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We rented this property as a second home away from home while we took care of an ill family member. This house gave us a perfect refuge and had everything we needed. It literally saved our sanity as we dealt with a very stressful period of our lives. Everything was clean and the house was well equipped. Location was perfect with a great place for breakfast and lunch right around the corner.

We enjoyed our Columbus Day weekend at Amy & James house. It's a beautiful house! Very clean, spacious & nicely decorated. The bedrooms are big especially the master bedroom. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I liked the idea of the cabinets being labeled. It makes it easier to find things in the kitchen & to put things back where it should be. The backyard is pretty big. My grandkids enjoyed playing outside. The house is in a nice neighborhood. Grocery store, restaurants, drugstore, gas station, Catholic Church are within a 5-15 minute drive. Amy & James are wonderful hosts! Communication was no problem at all. They responded to my emails & text messages in no time. Thank you Amy & James for letting us stay your beautiful house!

The highlights include: beautiful furnishing, luxurious bedding and well stocked kitchen. The location was also great for going back and forth to Newport. The downsides were the small shower in the upstairs bathroom and a musty smell which was quite noticeable on each entry that also lingered. The good outweighs the bad.

I would have no reservations on renting this property. The communications were excellent. The property is as listed. Very clean and in a good location to do day trips to Narragansett and Newport. Overall great stay

Property was great but ihe owner was overbearing. Called/txt/emailed me at least 3 times wanting to go over the property rules. THEY were also in a prominently placed 3 ring binder in the kitchen area, in addition they were also all over the hpuse, both inside and out!

We had an excellent stay at this lovely and well appointed property. There was an issue with air conditioning which was easily fixed in a timely matter. The location was excellent for enjoying many great places in the area. We were able to launch our kayaks from the neighborhood beach at the lake, which our grandchildren enjoyed immensely. Thanks for a great vacation

The house was very nice and clean and good for our event. It could use a hair dryer and marine more hooks on the bathroom for towels. We would stay again should they need arise.

Excellent rental with all needed amenities We could have used a greater quantity of towels both hand towels and kitchen dish towels. Home is lovely with a beautiful back yard. Location is ideal for beach communities and tourist sites.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, comfortable and functional. There was plenty of space, bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We made good use of the kitchen, which was well equipped as well as the grill and outdoor patio area. The location was very convenient, just a short ride to the beaches. We also did a day trip to Newport which was only an 18-minute ride. The owners were helpful and responsive to any questions.

House is beautiful, well kept, very clean. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and garden is lovely. Location was excellent for day trips - close to the beach, Newport etc. Note: House owner only provides things for a couple of days and is not willing to provide more so keep in mind - we stayed for 6 days and had to go to CVS to buy toilet paper, paper towel (only provided 1), dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, bath soap, shampoo etc. A first for us (normally owners are happy to provide extra in order to help us keep the place clean) and a bit of a downer which was unfortunate because other than that we really loved our stay.

The perfect house for our graduation weekend plans! James was so helpful and made my first time renting a house with VRBO easier. Plenty of space for me and my daughter and family/friends who joined us throughout our stay. The grill was an awesome convenience for a BBQ the first night of our visit. Kitchen is great and includes lots of supplies. So convenient to get to Newport for a day trip—which we did. Highly recommend for families spending time/visiting students at URI.
