Set up as 4 distinct ensuite bedrooms and a separate maids/fifth bedroom downstairs on the garden level.

The house is situated on 1.5 acres of lush tropical landscaping with flowering plants and fresh fruit trees to be picked. It is entirely possible to live off the land.

The home was completed in 2014 and is the most modern home on the island with full house audio, appleTV and all of the mod/cons you could expect. Gourmet/Chefs kitchen with viking appliances.

Home was designed by world famous interior designer; All furniture, equipment, tiles, etc are top of the line. Home is equipped with rafts, tennis equipment, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and umbrellas and most things you would want.

It is also fully staffed with a cleaning lady and a gardener; pool person, etc.

It is a completely open floor plan where life is meant to be lived outside surrounded by nature in all its glory. The night sky is incomparable and the milky way surrounds you. At night, sit on the pool deck listen to the crashing waves and watch the shooting stars.

The design is island-modern; fully gated; full camera system and best of all the island is virtually crime free. And Covid is extremely rare. The local people are freindly and in no time you will feel as if you have always lived there and will always want to come back.
