GUEST ACCESS

Guests have exclusive access to the home, pool, hot tub, dock, and surrounding grounds.

The detached outbuilding, an interior owner's closet, and a locked garage storage closet are reserved for homeowner and management use and are not accessible to guests.

Haven Way is professionally managed by 34 North Vacations, a locally owned boutique vacation rental company specializing in exceptional homes along North Carolina's Crystal Coast.

Rather than managing hundreds of properties, we intentionally focus on a carefully curated collection of homes, allowing us to provide personalized service, meticulous preparation, and responsive local support. Our team lives and works right here on the Crystal Coast, and we're committed to making your vacation as seamless and memorable as possible.

Our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected before every arrival and are fully stocked with the everyday essentials needed for your stay, including kitchenware, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, bath linens, bed linens, and household necessities so you can settle in and start enjoying your vacation.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older and remain at the property for the duration of the reservation.
A signed Rental Agreement and a valid government-issued photo ID are required within 48 hours of booking.
A $2000 refundable damage deposit is required and will be collected after booking.
The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded at any time.
No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are permitted without prior written approval.
No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Outdoor smoking receptacles are provided.

Exterior security cameras may be present for the security of the property. Cameras monitor exterior entry points, the pool area, dock, and back yard only and never monitor interior spaces.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances.
