Stayed Sep 27, 20253 by the sea was an incredible property that truly made our vacation in every way. The communal spaces are amazing. The pool was perfect. The quiet neighborhood was idillic and being walkable from the beach made everything so easy. The house was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The hosts have thought of everything! We hope to return someday!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Amazing from start to finish. Brianna was super accommodating given last minute booking. Lots of tips and quick responses to any questions. The property was great for our multigenerational family ages 1 year to 64. 11 of us stayed in the 3 cozy cottages surrounding a pristine heated pool with many lounges. The pavilion with bar, 2 gas grills and stone pizza oven served as the hangout area day and night. Games and s’mores around the campfire. Minutes walk to local beach and amazing sunsets. Close to Provincetown and restaurants. Mini golf outings were a hit. Can’t miss for family retreat or large gatherings.

Stayed Aug 9, 2025Great place for a family gathering. The outdoor are was perfect for group gatherings. The pool was really big and very clean. We used the pizza oven and frozen drink machine. Easy access to beach and bike trail. Owners very responsive.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025The three separate cottages were perfect for my family of four adult children and their spouses. Everyone had their own kitchen, bathroom, and space!The outdoor living spaces are designed to maximize fun, with plenty of chairs, a gas fire, and a wood firepit.A great place.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025Beautiful property with well appointed cottages. Our large family loved the pool, outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The 5 children (ages 10 months to 7 years) were well entertained with toys provided. Highly recommend this property. The owners are lovely and super responsive.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025My fiancé, extended family, and I just had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s *perfect* for a larger group, with three separate updated and clean cottages, plenty of full and half baths and beds/bedrooms. The common outdoor area is beautiful and has everything you need to entertain. Brianna and Brian were responsive, extremely helpful and just generally nice people. Everyone loved and wanted more details on the property. We hope to return sometime in the future!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024Had our three-family summer vacation at this wonderful property. Super convenient, well-located, and thoughtfully appointed. The pool is gorgeous, and the outdoor TV/fireplace were anchors for our evenings together. Appreciated the host’s responsiveness and the thoroughness of the materials they provided. Walking distance to the closest beach, 5 mins drive from a dozen excellent family-friendly restaurants. Will definitely consider going back!
