Stayed Mar 9, 2024This was a great location and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! The sun room overlooking the canal is fantastic! And as a family of 4, I loved having access to the washer and dryer while we were on our trip. Our family members in their upper 80s came for a visit one day and the house was very accessible for them. We had fun fishing off the dock (no keepers, but still fun!) and enjoyed coffee on the swing (initial K cups were provided) in the morning. There were plenty of towels (LOVED that!) and the kitchen was well stocked. The house itself was very clean. There was some confusion about who the host was and I found that texting the boots on the ground number that was provided worked better than emailing them. I would stay here again and would recommend this place as well! Very nice stay in a nice and safe neighborhood with a beautiful back yard!

Stayed Jan 5, 2024Small house is updated throughout. Single Small bathroom, functional well-appointed kitchen/living room. Close to stores, groceries, restaurants. Not a resorty area, but it's residential Florida, and felt safe and neighborly. Received misinformation initially with respect to who was managing the property, this was easily resolved.
