Stayed May 8, 2025We came to the area to meet our first grandchild who lives nearby and the porch on this home was an amazing place for us to make memories and celebrate Mother's Day and catch up with a few friends in the area.The home was larger than we needed but it was the perfect location and the beds were comfortable and the home was clean.I would rent again to meet with my family.

Stayed Oct 17, 2024Overall, this is a nice place. Kitchen was well stocked (except no wine glasses). Bathroom shower stall in main floor master is pretty tight -- a large person may have issues moving, but again, we managed. Had an issue with the heat the first night, but the owner was immediately responsive and actually came out to the property. Was impressed that she came out rather than just handling it over the phone. It is out in the country - abut a 20-25 minute drive to town. Not a big deal to us as we wanted to stay outside of town. Great front porch to have coffee in the morning!

Stayed Jun 28, 2024Awesome house that worked well for being close to all my family in Columbia TN, as well as Spring Hill TN. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that a lady showed up unannounced one morning and was watering the plants and going in and out of the garage of the house. We had no idea anyone was going to be outside of the house when we were leaving to go meet up with family and it startled me a little bit. The lady was there for the entire day and into the evening. Not a huge deal, but it did take away from the intamacy of renting our own house. 9/10 place overall.
