And we are total wheelchair and walker accessible and easy. No steps! Easy entry, load and unload and all concrete walkways to your enjoyable outdoor areas.

We are located just 25 minutes away from Silver Dollar City, the 1880's theme park, and other Branson attractions and just 4 minutes from the shores of Table Rock Lake.

You'll add fantastic value to your vacation when you experience a private peaceful ‘Stay on A Farm’ vacation on the quiet side of Branson on Table Rock Lake here at our farmstead, Ivy Jean's Ozark Farmstead.

The outside is large and beautiful too with plenty of open spaces for play and relaxing while overlooking the mountains and country life on our 10 acre Ivy Jean’s Farmstead. Everyone who stays here says they love that no one ever feels crowded or on top of each other like other places they've stayed.

It's like having two vacations in one! We offer star gazing and lightening bug viewing at it's best! You'll enjoy the firepit patio, the outside covered pavilion for eating, grilling, game playing, dancing or just relaxing. The sounds of waterfall features and night time crickets and woodland critters gently fill the night air.

Ivy Jean’s Farmstead is where memories begin!

Location and Things Close By:
First thing we want you to know is, we are NOT located in a subdivision, a housing development, a resort complex or in a timeshare project!

We are a private small family farm in the country, close to the lake and creeks, where the big starry nights shine brightly and the woodland critters and barnyard animals can be heard and enjoyed!
It’s easy to connect to The Creator through his beautiful creations here on our 10-acre farm. Your time here is yours alone, it’s not shared with any other guests!
The owners, Tim and Cyndi, live on the 10 acre property, far enough away from your farmhouse for your privacy but always available if you need them. You have plenty of private parking on property and your own driveway access. The parking area is large enough for your truck and boat trailer to turn around in also!

We are less than ½ mile up from Wooley Creek Cove at point 14 on Table Rock Lake where the fish bite year-round and the primitive lake access is a good place to launch kayaks or swim the day away. We are just 25 minutes west of Silver Dollar City and many Branson attractions and just 45 minutes from Bass Pro’s Dogwood Canyon Nature Park. The original Bass Pro and Wonders of Wildlife is just 45 min away located in Springfield.

Just 4 miles away is the Cape Fair Marina and Campground. We have fantastic Flea Markets and Antique stores just up the road a bit. We also have great restaurants in our little town too such as Flat Creek Restaurant and Lake Time Café. Walmart super centers and Dollar General stores are not far away. All our roads are paved to the farm and easily accessible.
We are close to some of the greatest day hiking trails and rivers for kayaking/canoeing the Midwest has to offer around the Buffalo River National Park area in Ark; it’s beautiful! Flat Creek is a beautiful clear Ozark creek great for wading, fishing and playing in, just 5 minutes down the road.

We’d love to help you plan your vacation stay if you have any questions. We are lifelong locals from this area, very knowledgeable and hospitable.
We are an active law- enforcement family and a fun Christian family too. We love our area and love sharing it with our guests. We live on the 10 acre property to assist you if you need, but we are far enough away to respect your privacy.
Cyndi & Tim

This place was extremely clean and decorated so cute! The hosts, Tim and Cyndi were super nice and friendly! We enjoyed visiting with them as well! Such an interesting couple. We hit it off with them right away. The house and yard was extremely handicapped accessible. Our daughter with a walker was able to access the whole yard, and all of the house except for one loft bedroom. She was able to enter and exit the house easily by herself. She was able to visit the farm animals without help. Our children loved playing the extra large outdoor jenga, and the cornhole. They were able to play outside in the rain because of the extremely large covered pavilions. (Two of them). Our children loved the miniature donkeys, the goats, the dogs, and the cat. The house itself was huge with lots of bathrooms and beds. Everything was decorated country with lots of homemade quilts hanging everywhere. The landscaping, flowers, water fountains were beautiful with the sounds of frogs croaking everywhere. We enjoyed the fire pit outside and our hosts provided lots of wood for it. The backyard view was beautiful with a large wooden cross that we took pictures by. This farm is great for large families, special need families, family get togethers, retreats, and they also do weddings! Very reasonably priced wedding venue I might add. Come and visit this place. You won’t be sorry.

Could not have asked for a better house. Completely handicap accessible inside and out. The house was set up perfect for family together time and the rooms were separate enough for everyone to enjoy their own space. Cyndi was absolutely amazing!

Our stay was an aboslute dream. We are a group home composed of nine clients and a few accompanying staff. One client is in a wheelchair and the entire property was so accommodating for her. From the accessible shower, to the outdoor fire pit, this farmstead is a must for anybody requiring accessibility and wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The house easily accommodated my family and I. There's a lot of areas outside to sit and enjoy the amazing views. The animals were so cute and we honestly didn't hear them much in the mornings. The hosts were super nice and helpful and fun to talk to. My daughters loved going to get eggs out of the chicken coop. The cove down the street was so fun to swim in and we had it to ourselves both times we went. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups.

A great location to be together as a family. We enjoyed our stay at Ivy Jean Farmstead very much. It is a lovely place in the midst of the Ozarks with great views. Our grand children loved it, especially being with the donkeys and the goats and petting them. There was so much to do for all of us. The bedrooms were very comfortable. Cyndi and Tim were wonderful hosts. It was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Tim and Cyndi were the ultimate hosts. This was our first family vacation since our kids have grown, gotten married and had kids of their own. I couldnt have asked for a more magical place. Cyndi is so personable and attentive. The boys (ages 2 and 4) loved all the animals and were thrilled when Cyndi came over with a box of crackers and helped them feed the goats. They live on property but give their guests plenty of privacy and are close enough to respond quickly to any questions or concerns. If you are looking for a beautiful mountain get away for family or friends I highly recommend staying with Tim and Cyndi. I am already planning a trip back in the fall to see the beautiful folliage from their backyard.

We had a wonderful experience at the farm! The grandkids thought we were staying at Silver Dollar City, as it was decorated and lit up much like the theme park. We loved petting and feeding the farm animals. Every little detail made this the perfect place to stay!

This property and the owners are truly amazing. We loved the farmhouse and all its charm, as well as all the amenities inside and out. The animals were a tremendous hit with the children, not to mention roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The stage, the awesome chapel, the views ….. the list just goes on of all the wonderful things to enjoy here. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and loved all the Christmas decorations. Cyndi and Tim are the greatest, and I don’t see how anyone could stay here and not feel blessed. We definitely plan to return.
