Stayed Aug 14, 2025We enjoyed our long weekend stay at Dusty's Dunes! Check-in was simple, the kitchen was well appointed, and the location of the home was perfect.....on the beach and also within walking distance to everything Folly has to offer!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Good location and walkable to Berts and everything else. Right on the beach. All of the mechanicals of the house worked well. Only feedback is that it would be nice to have a better grill and some outdoor furniture on the deck.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Perfect place to stay. Close to the downtown shops and pier but far enough away to not hear the night life. Steps away from the beach. Enjoyed being able to walk straight out onto the beach. The upstairs floors are in need of repair but otherwise an exceptional place to stay.

Stayed Feb 3, 2025We really enjoy Folly. We stayed a bit closer to the main drag this time and it was perfect. No need for a golf cart, just walk everywhere. Great responsiveness to our one inquiry. Definitely a place to put on the return list.

Stayed Mar 10, 2024We had a wonderful time at this property. The previous reviews were accurate so we knew what to expect. Right in the beach the screen porch and rockers were a favorite for all. Close to folly restaurants so can walk easily. House equipped adequately. We did replenish on the paper products and soap half way during week. Very nice. We hope to stay again

Stayed Jan 13, 2024Overall very nice home. So convenient to get right out to the beach and also an easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Folly Beach. Plenty of room, many beds for comfortable sleeping arrangements!

Stayed Jan 19, 2024This house had everything we needed and was perfect for our birthday weekend. I did think it was a little odd that the rental company sent someone by while we were there, it felt like they were checking up on us. And they nickel and dime you for everything, so I think in the future I will avoid booking with a rental company because I think homeowners have a little more flexibility. But everything else was perfect and we had an amazing weekend!
