Private Beachfront Home with a Pool and Spectacular West Maui Sunsets.

The views from the house were absolutely incredible!!! My favorite part was waking up and having coffee sitting outside on the upstairs balcony. We loved watching all the whales and turtles out in the water and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to Maui.

Hot tub was great and big enough for all. Kids loved the pool. There were lots of toys, games, ping pong and puzzles.It was a great location.

This house is magnificent. We were a group of 3 families with 7 children and this house definitely checked the boxes. We were unfortunate to have our trip overlap with the end of some nasty weather, but Suzy worked quite hard to get all things in order (including replacing a gas line days before we arrived!). The weather presented some challenges, but it was handled exceptionally well. When we needed a few other things during our stay, it was solved almost immediately. The views are spectacular and I highly recommend this house!

The ocean views from this home are incredible! We spotted whales from the balcony the very first morning! Our adult son's reaction when we first arrived was cancel the tours, I never want to leave. We loved having our own pool, hot tub, and beach access. The home was the most well-appointed of any VRBO we've stayed in, including beach towels, kitchen towels, foil, plastic wrap, etc. All we had to purchase was food. We would return to this home in a heartbeat! Thank you for making it available as a VRBO!

If you are looking for a rental house for and extended family vacation in Maui. Kahana Nui Villa is THE place to stay. A beautiful location with well appointed rooms and a well stocked kitchen. You really couldn't ask for anything better.

This house is magical and so fun ! We had a valet during our time here and enjoyed the view and the house and the amenities. The pool was amazing and a bit cool for some and fine for us from the Pacific Northwest. The house had an issue which we notified the owners about and they sent someone the next available time which was great. We slept so well there and the a/cs in the bedrooms were great. It’s a beautiful unique house that is filled with art and wooden furniture and lots of artwork. There is a lot of stairs but they were fine for us. It’s a huge house and we enjoyed staying there and will do so again. The few things we notified the owner about were handled as soon as they could be and we really had a great Maui vacation. The grill was not as clean as we’d hoped and caught fire to our kalbi ribs because th geese trays at bottom were not cleaned but we also didn’t check before we started the grill and ribs. Other than that the kitchen was lovely and we had meals outside all trip which was phenomenal and the sunrise and sunsets and whales we could see from deck and rooms and beach off the house was fun. We look forward to renting here again for our Maui adventures.

The most amazing oceanfront house with a pool! My family of 11 people had a wonderful stay here. Has everything you need for a Hawaii vacation, including cooking, dining, and lots of fun toys. The host was helpful. We will definitely return.

What an incredible location for our family gathering. The house was well apportioned and stocked with what we needed to get our two weeks started. The grandkids love the pool and beach access. Close to lots of beached and places to explore.

Three families spanning three generations enjoyed a wonderful stay at Suzy’s home! We saw Hawaiian monk seals right on our beach and sea turtles right off the rocks in our backyard. Beach access is a little tricky for those with limited mobility but the pool area was fantastic and great for all ages. We definitely appreciated the air conditioners in the bedrooms. Thanks for all the memories!

Great place for our family trip. 12 of us - kids, spouses and grandchildren. We had a great time!

I cannot say enough about our stay, the house, and Suzy. From the minute you walk thru the front door and see the fabulous ocean view thru the accordion slider, you are hooked! The Polynesian feel is magical. We had 12 in our party of family and friends that included teens, twenty somethings and adults. The space accommodated all of us with plenty of space for group gatherings…and also privacy if desired. The yard/pool/hottub was in use every night during the sunsets. Yes, these are the famous Maui sunsets! The deck and yard were also perfect for whale watching and spotting turtles right in front of the house! Suzy was a wonderful communicator, quick to respond to all requests/inquires and proactive with something she felt wasn’t quite right with the house (turned out completely fine but she went above and beyond to make sure). The pool was cleaned twice while we were there with the service coming early and so quietly that we didn’t even know they were there. The house itself was well stocked, clean with the most comfortable beds. We cooked in most nights…..we just didn’t want to leave. We will definitely work hard to come back to this special place!!

We had a wonderful family vacation. the property was plenty large enough for 13 of us in 4 separate family units. Whale season was a highlight!

This is a great location. I was worried about the pool being too small. We were 16 - 10 kids and 6 adults. The pool size was just fine and accommodated us well. The hot tub was hot and there wasn’t a fuss about temp or what to pay extra to heat it. That was refreshing considering other experiences. The beach is great. I’ve seen other comments that the beach was too rocky to utilize. We have stayed next door for 30 years and knew the beach environment. This beach is a little rocky but it is practically private for your use. The water is just the right depth and the reef is about 100 yards out. This creates a great sanctuary of space with rolling waves to enjoy. Get some swim shoes and you will be well prepared. The house is nice and accommodated all 16 of us nicely. My only negative is some simple updating would be nice for the price point. Bathrooms are getting dated, better blinds would be nice, but I am nitpicking at this point. There is no A/C in the main living spaces but all bedrooms have sufficient A/Cs. Open the windows and the lack of main room A/C is not an issue. We had 1 TV that did not function and it was replaced the next morning. It deserves the 5 stars it receives. The view is extraordinary, space is clean, and accommodations are comfortable. We will be back.

Such a beautiful property and so family friendly. We saw so many whale. The sunsets were amazing. The amenities were perfect. We were sad to leave but we will definitely be back.

Wow.... this house is everything promised and more.... such a wonderful location, amazing views and a lovely hot tub and pool... and then the balconies! Breakfast, lunch and dinner every night admiring the whales and views... the house has the perfect amount of separation and togetherness.... everyone was so happy with their bedroom! And the large TV was also great for a group.... and the person cooking in the kitchen was still part of the group! And the inside table was big enough as well! Really, a special house. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!
