This home is beautiful with views from every window on a beach where you can walk for miles! The booking and communication were A and the house had everything you could need! We loved the location and the owner recommended some great restaurants nearby. The chair service was nice at the private beach with the umbrella when we didn’t sit right on the deck We did not use the kayak but it’s nice that they include that as well as beach toys and boogie boards We will definitely stay at this property again!! Thanks for a great week!

Christine was the perfect host. She is very responsive to any questions you might have before and after your stay. The condo is gorgeous! I think that kitchen might be more well stocked than my own. I can’t wait to visit again.

We loved our stay. The view was amazing. The house was very well appointed and had everything we needed. We only have one semi negative comment..the kitchen space was awkward for a cook. IE: cabinets don’t open fully and dishes are accessible only from around the Island. Small thing! The place is awesome!

Amazing views with direct access to the beach. Steps down to the beach well maintained. Loved that there was handicap accessible bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone. Host was amazing and answered any questions we had. Hope to stay again. We had a blast.

We spent Thanksgiving 2025 at this lovely property and had a wonderful stay! The home is located directly on one of America's most beautiful beaches in Destin, FL. The home is absolutely immaculate and our host, Christine, was terrific! Zero issues, a Buckeye win over Michigan and a magical holiday with family created memories to last a lifetime. 10 out of 10!

We stayed for my husband’s 40th. The house was great, beach steps away from the deck! The house was nice. It has everything you need. We would definitely stay again. We went with friends but it’d be a great place to bring the kids and family too!!

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the convenience of being right on the beach and enjoying the sunrise and sunset from the beautiful deck. The shower on the deck was so helpful, too, especially with all the kiddos!Christine is such a generous host…the property is outfitted so comfortably and had everything we needed and more! So blessed to have come across this listing when we planned our trip to Destin!

This rental was absolutely beautiful. The best part was the private beach right outside our house. The beaches were beautiful. The deck was a great place to sit and watch the ocean. My family had a wonderful time.

This stay was so needed and the condo spoiled us in so many ways. Clean, cozy, comfortable and convenient. We all slept great, coffee in the morning, sun bathed in the afternoon on our private sun deck till dinner. Convenient to lots in the area! Had many new restaurants and was not disappointed in the great meals we ate all with local history lessons. We are so happy and blessed to of found this get away. Hot showers with supplied shampoo and conditioner was an extra we all enjoyed. We played some of the games and cards they had supplied plenty for fun and laughs. Thank you, thank you very much for sharing with us.

Great property, great owners and a great time despite the record setting snow. We took pictures for the owner and appreciate her attentiveness and friendliness. Hopefully next year it will be warmer.

This is the best VRBO that we have ever stayed at. Christine was an amazing host who provided everything you could ask for and more. This location can’t be beat for a relaxing family vacation that is close to a ton of restaurants shopping and of course the beach. We vacationed with our adult children, and there was plenty of room for us to all spread out and find a place to chill after a busy day running around the Destin area. If I could give this property 10 stars, I would!!!

I was already planning to write a positive review, but our host, Christine, truly went above and beyond when our flight home was canceled, leaving us stuck in Florida for two extra days. Fortunately, the house was available for an additional night, and Christine was incredibly accommodating and helpful. Knowing we had a place to stay during the chaos of rescheduling flights, finding accommodations, and securing a car rental was such a relief. It’s easy to see why this house has so many glowing reviews! Our family was lucky to stay here during Christmas week, and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The house was exceptionally well-equipped. We cooked a lot during our stay, and the kitchen had every spice and tool we needed—pots, pans, and all the essentials were readily available. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, extra toothbrushes, toothpaste, plenty of towels, and more thoughtful touches. The washer and dryer were a lifesaver for a family trip. The house itself was stunning. It was beautifully decorated, spotless, and smelled so fresh. The location was unbeatable—we spent hours enjoying the beach, whether relaxing on the sand or watching the waves. Our teenage daughters especially loved using the paddleboards and boogie boards provided. I truly can’t say enough great things about this place. The host, Christine, was responsive, kind, and quick to answer any questions we had. This was a perfect stay.

Love the property and the open community with the owners. Great location, lots of room and supplies in the town home. My family and I love the location and can’t wait to do it again in the future.

We love coming to Destin every year and this was our best rental yet. We loved the layout and it was definitely the best stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. Awesome location, the place was spotless, and the views were perfect. We will for sure be back to stay at Christine’s property again. Really can’t say enough about it we were happy from check-in to check out.

Ocean front townhouse with all the essentials for a fabulous vacation - five star!

This property was absolutely stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The items that were supplied; tooth brushes, razors, shampoo, condiments, makeup remover, I could go on and on was over the top. You felt like you were staying in a friends home. Our flight arrived early and the host did not hesitate to allow us early access. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a quality rental that has something to offer all ages. The host goes above and beyond !

This townhome is perfectly located in a quieter part of Destin. The host is very responsive to all questions/concerns. The best thing is that so many items that normally wouldn't be part of a rental are included. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, etc. Everything you need to enjoy your time in Destin is provided.

I will try to book this place every year. Christine was a fantastic host, the place was super clean, and had EVERYTHING you needed for vacation. I actually brought my son a ton of toys but didn’t need to.

We recently stayed at this fantastic beach house in Destin, Florida, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning ocean views and easy access to the water. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a spacious deck, plenty of seating, and a grill for evening barbecues. Christine was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay here again! ---

This home is equipped with everything you need for your beach vacation, chairs and umbrellas, beach toys, beach towels, even an ice machine. We saw dolphins every morning from our balconies while we drank coffee. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great week at the beach.
