PRIVATE BEACH HOUSE W/PRIVATE POOL, 300ft TO BEACH ON THE SAND! SLEEPS 8!

Loved the location. Loved the decor. Loved the pool. Loved the indoor shower. Loved the patio by the pool.

The house (very clean), furnishings (updated), and pool were exactly as pictured. The host, Steven, was very helpful with questions. The location was terrific, walked to the beach (expansive sand) in minutes without crossing a street, and no crowds. Dining, grocery, mini golf (pricey, but impressive layout) and ice cream shops mostly walkable or few minutes by car. Visited attractions in Tampa, St. Pete and Clearwater with 30 - 45 minute travel time. Very enjoyable for entire family, grandparents, parents and 8 year old grandson! Definitely a keeper!

Heated pool was great! Had a couple cold days over spring break but kids could still swim in the warm pool. Great location not far from restaurants and easy short walk to beach.

Excellent stay in this vacation home. The property is exactly as displayed on VRBO. It is clean, modern and very comfortable. We were a family of 6 adults and had plenty of room inside and out. We loved the onsite private pool and outdoor furnishings. There were beach chairs, umbrellas to take on our short walk to the beach. The sunset is breathtaking. We were able to easily prepare meals in the well equipped kitchen. There were restaurants, shopping, ice cream within walking distance. The tourist trolley stopped right by the home and we went to Clearwater Beach Pier 60 one day and to John's Pass in St. Petersburg another day. We highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return. The house truly had everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. It’s a quick 30-second walk to the beach, which was uncrowded and spacious—such a treat. The beach setup was fantastic: six chairs, beach towels, plenty of sand toys, and a wagon to easily haul everything down.The home was fully stocked for cooking, including a grill, and having a washer, dryer, and coffee maker made everything so convenient. The pool was a huge bonus and surprisingly warm—even with outside temps around 52 degrees, our kids happily swam every day. We also loved being within walking distance to DJ’s Clam Shack (best lobster roll we’ve ever had!).Steve was an outstanding host—when we unexpectedly ran out of toilet paper, he was there within 20 minutes to help us out, which we really appreciated.Our only very minor notes were that there wasn’t a towel hook right outside the shower door and there were no washcloths in the master bathroom, but these were small things in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend this property for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped beach getaway!

Wonderful property -- great location -- photos accurately show you the facilities. Plenty of room in the open area & bedrooms. Welcoming host -- beach equipment & a private pool too. Felt safe & value for the money. No problems during our stay.

Everything was fantastic, loved the upgrades in the house from last year.We love the cleanliness of the house the proximity to the bench, the pool, and our favorite places to eat ( except dockside Dave's --which hasn't reopened yet ) already looking forward to next year!

This house hit all the marks for our group, very close to the beach access, clean, and private. We were able to have 8 of us without feeling like we were too crowded. The house is clean, and the updated kitchen was great. A little light on the kitchen utensils, towels, but enough to make it work. Steve was very speedy in getting us replacement beach chairs and umbrella when notified of broken ones.

The family and I loved Three Mermaids and a Crab! It was so clean and convenient to the beach and restaurants. Everything about it was perfect!

This property is great! The home is neat & cozy with plenty of room for all. We spent a good bit of time out by the pool and were just steps from the beach. It was a great place to get away from regular life for a bit!

This property and location is perfect. Just the right size for our group. It is so close to the beach that we enjoyed sunsets every evening. The pool is heated and allowed us to enjoy pool parties on cooler days. Everything inside is clean and new and cozy.

We enjoyed our stay at 3 Mermaids and a Crab over New Year's, especially its proximity to the beach and of course the wonderful heated pool. It was the perfect property for our multi-generational family vacation—highly recommended!

Awesome property, everything was clean and felt brand new. Super close to the beach and they had everything you needed to hit the sand. The pool was heated so we could use it all day even when it wasn’t that hot out. Can’t beat the convenience and privacy! Would definitely stay here again.

The house was well stocked (but only had travel sized shampoo and such so bring your own or get some from the nearby mart). The kitchen had more than we needed for breakfasts and lunches to be prepared. The walk to the beach was so short and they supplied many items for the re as well (plenty of chairs for our group of six). I recommend renting a cool cabana from green iguana (short walk to pick up). The pool was nice at night and for getting out of the sun in the early morning and the evening. The only “issue” would be the flooor is buckling in a couple places but they tried to rectify it with some warning tape. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect house for our family to end the summer in! The house is fully loaded with everything you need for a great trip. Two large bedrooms and a bunkbed room for the kids. The wagon, beach chairs, towels and umbrellas all made getting to the beach each day a breeze. A 30 second walk and you are in the sand! Afternoons and evenings in the pool were a great way to end the day! We will definitely be booking again if we are ever back in Indian Shores!
