This was our 2nd year staying here. Great house for our ladies group getaway. We'll be back!

Wonderful location, equipped kitchen

Beautifully set home with anything you need. We stayed with three of our adult children, son-in-law, and three grandkids. Good memories to cherish. The home has everything you need; we enjoyed quiet moments on the upper deck, puzzle making on the front porch (and even finished it!), quick walks to the beach(es), fireworks on Friday night. We even took the lighthouse ferry tour. This home is located close to anything you would want to experience in New London. Five Stars.

Everything about this house is wonderful! It has everything from a more than complete kitchen to comfortable furniture and bedding. Everything you need to feel at home and welcome. The detail the Smith's go to is incredible. Not just the coffee/tea bar but 2 drawers of bandaids! Oh, and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Wish every week was like this.

This was our second year bringing family together for a week at the shore. The house is perfect for a group, plenty of room to spread out, and beautiful quiet beach access a short walk away, just right for small children. We’ve booked again for 2026, third time’s a charm

This house is great - very spacious, lovely furnishings, and all the things you could need. The weather was not so great during our visit, but it was still lovely to see the ocean out the window (we even saw a beautiful sunrise one morning) and the beach was nearby. The house is close to Mystic and other seaside towns which made it a good base to explore the area from.

We had a wonderful time in this house. This house is well-furnished and located in walking distance to a private beach. A view from the terrace is amazing. The house owner is very kind and responsive with any questions. We would love to return next year!

If you are looking at this property, then book!! The house is in such good order and so clean. The layout is fabulous, tons of room and room to have your own space. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfy, tons of towels. Electric fireplace that throws heat if it gets cool and it was. The beach is one block away!!! It is true! Ocean State Beach around the corner as other beaches. Close to Mystic and Niantic, 2 towns we visited. Amazing restaurants around the corner- we loved On the Waterfront and Captain Scott's. Finally, the hosts are attentive and very pleasant people. If this place is one of your choices,then book!!

The house was incredibly welcoming and had everything we could ever need for our family. The house was just what we needed to bring everyone together to attend graduation. We highly recommend! The beach is cozy and such a treat

TheHouse was perfect for a family reunion. It is nicely decorated, in a quiet location with easy access to the beaches. We had a blast!

Three generations stayed in this beach house and everyone loved it. Very well stocked from the beach chairs outside to the claw crackers in the kitchen. Don’t forget to read the very personalized ideas of things to do or check out the books and town history on the walls. My kids really appreciated the ocean themed children’s books and kid friendly musical instruments. Great location and clear instructions. We’ll be back next year!

What a great trip! Everything you can ask for inside, and a fantastic spot to stay as well! Accommodating and thorough hosts made this trip a breeze from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

Our group of 5 couples truly enjoyed the ambiance and hospitality of this lovely coastal CT home. Angela and Damian were the most gracious hosts and left nothing to be desired. We had an amazing time and would love to return

We're a group of high school friends who have been getting together annually for many years. We've had some great houses over the years, and this qualifies up there with the best of them. Even though it's a little smaller than the houses we've booked in the past the location was great, and the house was incredibly well stocked. We loved it so much we're looking to book again for next year if we can make the dates work with the property availability.

Everything about the house and the beach exceeded our expectations. The house is so fully stocked with essentials from the coffee bar to the spice cabinet. Every kitchen utensil, gadget and all kinds of cooking equipment are provided. Coffee, teas, spices, condiments etc. All the furnishings are very comfortable, especially the beds. It’s just really comfortable. The private beaches are just lovely. So close and you can leave the chairs and umbrellas there all week. And they provide so many chairs and umbrellas you really don’t need to bring your own. Probably haven’t said enough about how wonderful this place is. Plus the Host is great!

We loved our stay in New London! The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures, and it was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. The layout was ideal for the kids to have a room to play in while the adults could watch TV, and the kitchen was particularly well stocked to meet all of our needs. The outdoor spaces were fantastic as well - we had dinner on the upstairs balcony and played in the small backyard with the kids. The location is absolutely perfect - access to the small private beach was our favorite part and the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. Damian was super responsive and communicative any time we had questions. We will definitely book this house again!

This house met every need. Comfortable, well stocked with extras, everything we needed for beach fun. One room great for the younger set and the other living space great for the older set. Space to spread out, carpeted second floor and stairs plus solid walls kept kid commotion in check. Nice deck, nice chairs in front, nice back yard seating, ample kitchen space for big meals and family cooking…and those beaches….a wonderful week for everyone, and we are booking again?
