Stayed Nov 10, 2023I stayed with 3 couples for the weekend! the property was nice. very clean. the hosts were responsive and helpful. the neighborhood is up and coming about a 7 minute uber to broadway. i would recommend

Stayed Jul 16, 2023Overall the stay was good. Looked like there was a problem with the garbage pick up at the house because trash can out back was full when we arrived and the garbage was skipped when all the other houses were picked up. Everything else was fine

Stayed Jun 7, 2023House was as stated - bunk beds a bit shaky and tough to get up into. Location was great - was walking distance to the stadium like we wanted. House not as “clean” as we normally expect, floors were dirty, need to be washed. Overall okay worked for what we needed for our group.

Stayed Dec 3, 2022Home was solid! Great proximity to downtown, host was pretty responsive. Upstairs shower current had a good amount of mold and drain wouldn’t drain. Easy fixes. Other than that the house was perfect.

Stayed Nov 23, 2022The apartment was set up nice. The hosts had necessary supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. They were very quick to respond. The beds were very comfortable. We did not get to enjoy the fire pit area. The neighbor in back of the apartment was nice. There was some loud music being played in the area during the night. Some places in the area caught us off guard. Sufficient for our stay in Nashville.

Stayed Aug 19, 2021Very cute mid-century modern home about 5-8 minutes from downtown! We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable, had most of the amenities we needed, and lots of areas to get ready for our nights on the town! It unfortunately wasn’t as clean as we had hoped (cobwebs, dust, hair in the shower, etc) and we were a bit concerned about one of the ceiling fans in the smaller guest room falling, but overall- not a bad house! The hosts were very kind and communicative & we greatly appreciated them letting us stay!
