Private and Pet-Friendly Modern Farmhouse Close to Highways

This was my 2nd stay and it was wonderful! My next trip is next month for Christmas! I am a loyal customer for this property because of its location, accommodations and the awesome property owners!

Wonderful get away, immaculately updated farmhouse. On a country road, but a five minute drive from restaurants and stores. Hosts were very nice and we loved that they welcome dogs. The property is quite large so we could wander around without having to go near the street. That said, the street had almost no traffic.

This was the first VRBO I have booked, and it did not disappoint. The check in and out process was seamless. And the location was perfect. It is located just outside of town, so it has the feel of the country but you are minutes from town. The house was very clean, and had everything you could need or want. If i ever find myself in the area again , I will definitely be booking it again.

This home was beautiful. I always want the home to be clean and it was perfect. The grounds were beautiful and it was very relaxing. If I go back to Kansas City this home will be my first choice.

This house is absolutely charming! We were only in town for a quick stay, but I would definitely look into booking this again. It's very close to many amenities, but I loved that the property itself is so private.

This is the second stay at this lovely little house tucked away in a very beautiful setting close to everything. It has a country vibe but if you need city life, it's just minutes away. We were there for a Country Music Festival and it worked out so nicely with the proximity being so close to the festival grounds. We hope to come back here every year. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

We have traveled around the world and this was one of our favorite stays ever! The home was so clean, so well organized, had thoughtful touches all throughout, was pet friendly, and had AMAZING amenities! We stayed to go to a KC Sporting soccer game and it was literally 4 min away! The KC Speedway, Legends outlets, and restaurants were the same distance. But we enjoyed how quiet it was, cooking in the kitchen, playing games together at the huge dining table, having our dog with us, and how comfortable it all was! An absolutely BEAUTIFUL remodeled home, with farmhouse charm. We loved this opportunity and, if ever in the area again, will request to stay again! You won't be sorry you booked this place!

This place was so cute and aesthetic! Decor was beautiful! The second we walked in it smelled so clean and was very clean, cleanest place we’ve probably stayed! The owners were super easy to work with! The house has everything you could ever need from the kitchen to the bathroom! The location is great, so much stuff around, but still a secluded vibe! 10/10 would reccomend!

This is a lovely property! Very welcoming and comfortable for four adults and two dogs. It was clean and had everything you needed for a restful stay. The farm-like setting is peaceful and allows for a nice walk-about!

Amazing experience. Hotels were our norm and it was wonderful to have the ability to spread out and have facilities to help save money by cooking and having a place to hang to play games and have conversation. Wonderful quiet location and close to our event. Close to other amenities with a short drive. Should have done this sooner.

This home was very comfortable and convenient for our family. We were just a couple of miles from just about anything we needed yet still surrounded by nature. We woke up the first morning to a family of deer enjoying the front yard. The visitor shrine in the closet was clear and we enjoyed the cute mouse house that was in the dinning area. The home was decorated very cute.

we absolutely loved this cute little farmhouse. It was close to the Country Stampede and to Legends. We loved having a place to go hang out in a peaceful neighborhood. We will rent again if we come back next year.

Stayed here with my 2 year old son, husband, dogs, and cats when we were in the process of moving to Texas from Iowa. Perfect spot for everyone to relax and great property to get the dogs some exercise in the morning before we got back on the road.

The house was very well decorated and clean. The location was very peaceful and quiet yet close to many options for restaurants, shopping, etc.. During our long weekend stay we saw deer crossing through the yard and well as multiple hawks in the large trees located on the property. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to the area to visit family.
