The home is located along a main road, so there is some traffic noise, but it also makes getting around Kansas City quick and convenient with easy access to downtown, KU Med, and major routes. Parking is on the side street rather than the main road, so it's easy and stress-free.

All guests must sign a stay agreement. $400 security deposit hold required. Dogs only, $40 fee per pet per stay.
