Stayed Dec 27, 2025The toaster was broken, master bath shower did not heat up, kitchen sink water did not heat up, guest bathroom shower head leaks and water builds up on shower ceiling dripping back on the users head, ant issue in the front living room, no folder with house information.

There’s room for improvement, for example, maybe having things like soap or shampoo in case someone forgets. We had a great time — the pool was spectacular.

The property manager was very responsive and answered the only question we had within an hour, which was a huge help before we even arrived to Naples. It was a great experience and we'd highly recommend this property.

The house was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in a breeze, and its location couldn’t have been better—just a short ride to the beach. The private pool was a highlight of the trip, offering the perfect spot for relaxation and fun for our whole family group. Everything we needed was easily accessible, and the peaceful, well-kept neighborhood added to the experience. We’d gladly return for another stay!

Stayed Apr 9, 2025Naples Park is a great location for all that the Naples area has to offer. We have stayed in Naples Park half a dozen times now, and previously owned a property in Bonita Springs for 10 years. This property was typical of some of the older properties you get in Naples Park. To rent a newer property you would pay a lot more. We had a great vacation. Owner was very responsive to any questions. Thank you Anna, we had a great time.

Like other reviews, the only thing you should be aware of is that the pool is not heated. Overall, great place to stay.

Stayed Dec 8, 2024The communication with Anna was great. She actually allowed us to check in early due to early arrival. I had driven 12 hours so you can imagine how exhausted I was. The location was in an excellent neighborhood. We didn’t have to drive far for my son’s football games all week. Would I book with her again, absolutely!
