The property is a great place to spend some time at the lake with friends or family. The house is very comfortable and very clean and well supplied. The outdoor areas are what makes this a special place. The point that the house is on is just beautiful.

I stayed at the property with friends and highly recommend it! Can't beat the location and the amenities. Host was great to coordinate with and a turnkey location for an amazing time by the lake!

When I booked the place, I spoke with Hicks who enthusiastically told me all about it and he told me we wouldn't want to leave. He was absolutely right. We enjoyed every inch of the house and every amenity it had to offer and we were never bored. We will be back for sure.

I cannot even begin to say how great this house was. I booked this house for my husbands 40th birthday and let me tell you… this listing does not do justice!!!!! This place exceeded all of our needs. And Hicks - the owner - he was so great and helped answered any questions we had right away. We are already looking to book this place again next year. If anyone is looking for a house in this area - THIS IS IT!!!!!

An absolute 5-star experience. Hicks was a wonderful host that went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our trip. We have 3 families that take 2 trips a year to the beach and the mountains, and this was by far the best trip we have taken. The favorite of the kids and adults was the pickle-ball court. We played it for 5 days straight then played pool downstairs in the evenings. The kitchen was perfect for 6 adults and 7 children and was stocked with every conceivable accessory and spice you could need. The sound system was easy to use and was perfect. Hicks went out of his way to set up a bonfire for the families, ensure there were plenty of kayaks for us to enjoy and make the entire property family friendly and thoroughly enjoyable. We are already planning our summer trip back. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone.

I cannot give the experience we had justice with words! EVERYTHING about the property was simply amazing. From the Host to the home, to the property, to the boat house, everything was absolutely perfect. Hicks met us at the gate and brought us to the property where he spent an hour showing us around, explaining all the nuances of lighting, A/C, kitchen appliances, fireplaces, etc. The furniture is wonderful, and all accessories were clean, fresh, and in ample supply. The kitchen is over stocked in utensils, spices, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The TVs are large and the sound system both inside and outside the home were perfect. The Host set up a bonfire down near the lake and it was magical for the entire family. We had 16 people in the house, including an infant, 3yo, 5yo, teenagers, young adults and seniors, and never once felt cramped in any way. On the contrary, you could be in the group, of easily find a secluded spot to relax and take in the incredible view of the lake. Again, I can't say enough about the home, property, and Hosts. We will absolutely be back.
