Wonderful place.

Clean and cozy! Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. Only concern was the stairs going from the main level to the top floor were very steep, narrow, and carpeted. Otherwise we had a lovely stay!

The home was lovely, and provided everything we needed. We never actually spoke to the hosts, so no feedback there. Only one issue we had - the heating on the lower level did not work all the time.

Everything was clean and accessible. The lake access was great. Close proximity to groceries and Dahlonega. The hot tub was a hit for the whole family. I spoke with Sherri about the listing and she was amazing. She was timely, kind, and informative.

Check in process was very easy. The host is extremely helpful and responsive. The condition and location of the house was great and even better than expected. We hope to okw day getbto enjoy this lake gem again in the future!

This lovely home worked very well for our annual vacation. Lots of space both inside and out. Plenty of beds too. The view of the lake was perfect. We rented a boat and enjoyed the dock. The decks gets lots of sun, so bring your sunscreen. Lots of activities for day trips in the area too. (Gold Museum, Wineries, Train rides, and shopping). A larger gas grill and a few umbrellas for shadedwould be an added bonus for large groups.

The setup of the house was great. The kitchen is well stocked. The deck is beautiful and relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this wonderful lake house!! The home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable and clean. We brought our own boat, so we really appreciated that the dock is so close and visible from the house. We enjoyed all the sitting areas on the decks and especially the hot tub. We spent a lot of time out on the lake skiing, wakeboarding, and tubing, but we also enjoyed just relaxing at the dock and house. The home’s huge windows allow for incredible views of the lake and the spectacular sunrises! We also enjoyed watching the many deer that visited the front and back lawns. Sherri, the property manager, was helpful and prompt in her communication with us. We made a lot of treasured family memories during our lake vacation, and we look forward to returning in the future.

This house on Lake Lanier was a great spot for a mini vacation. I didn’t realize one of the bedrooms was downstairs with a separate entrance into the room (which was basically a mini apartment), but it worked out well for the teenagers that stayed there (unless it was raining as you have to use the outside stairs). The neighborhood was safe, but gave me a little hesitation when we drove to the house as some neighbors are not well manicured. We rented a boat from Luxury Boat rentals, and they knew the house well - a definite must do when renting this house, however wear shoes on the dock as there some loose boards and nails sticking up. Despite a few areas for improvement, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others. The view from the deck is exactly like the pictures show, which is why I rented it in the first place!

Our family rented the home and a boat from Lake Lanier luxury boat rentals earlier this month. The home was perfect for the four of us! Gorgeous lake view from every room! Our only frustration with the property that could use improvement was the boat dock. It is significantly in need of repair – loose planks where the boat cleats are located - not safe. Also, some of the outdoor lighting leading down to the boat dock or not working properly. If those things were fixed, this would be a five star review all around!

We stayed for a long weekend. The house was amazing and the views of the lake were even better. The location is really close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend for a quiet getaway.

Beautiful open property with clear view of lake while having a safe cove for swimming

This property was fantastic and well equipped. There were lots of extras (floats, games, kayak) included. The entire yard was usable- the yards can be so steep. We enjoyed the lake and it was close to amicalola falls/river. There was a big shopping plaza 10 minutes away for groceries/restaurants. A really serene spot overall.

This lake home was everything expected!! Floating in the lake was so refreshing and the sunsets were amazing, and we took advantage of all the amenities! The inside of the house was very clean. The only reason I gave a 4 for cleanliness was due to the outdoor furniture, decks and boat dock. I do realize this happens on lake homes but due to the spiders ants and webs, it hadn’t been done in a while.

Our stay here went perfectly! Location was great, LOVED the layout of the house and additional apartment. The host was super simple to communicate with, and even had the house ready for checkin a couple hours early!

The stay we had here was absolutely great. Was in town working and to come home after to the house was very relaxing and calm. Will definitely share this stay with everyone I know.
