Stayed Jul 7, 2024Accommodations were nice and clean. Complimentary wine upon arrival was a welcome touch. Milage to Bethany beach was 10 miles not 7.5 as stated. I was however, perplexed as to why I had to strip bed and place sheets in the bathtub along with towels; and sanitize counter tops before leaving, when I payed $120 for a cleaning fee. I was also asked to take trash cans to end of driveway Tuesday evening for next morning pick-up. I would recommend renting this house for its price point as long as one doesn't mind the 10 mile drive to the beach if that is your reason for visiting.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024The house is located on a quiet street with a large open field behind the garage. Very nice sunsets and breezes. The nearby town has a nice park, a great local restaurant and even a retro movie theater. The house is comfortable and in good condition--and a bit larger than I expected. It reminded me of my uncle's house growing up, and no doubt the house has seen lots of happy times. John is great to communicate with, and everything works as it should. Thanks, John!
