The house is well appointed and suited our needs for the time that we were there. The neighborhood is quiet. Overall it was a nice stay.

Nice clean location! Easy to communicate with, easy check in and out. The back yard was very nice for hanging outside.

My sisters and I stayed here and it was PERFECT! Chip was a great host! He was so quick to get back to me with any questions I had and was super kind, flexible and allowed us to check out later than the scheduled time given our flight home was so late. The house its self was super cute, had everything we needed and more and the neighborhood was nice and quiet! Not a far uber ride from anywhere really, and we were within walking distance to the farmers market which was nice. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks so much Chip!!!!

Super cute space! Beds and couch are super comfortable and the host has supplied many necessities in case you forget something.

We spent an incredible week in this charming cozy house! It’s nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, just a quick 13-minute drive from the vibrant Broadway street. The house is fully equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay. It was the perfect getaway!

This was a Girls Trip for a 50th birthday celebration. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the house. The stocked coffee station was the best after the nightly celebrations. The couches were quite low to the ground even for shorter stature people, very hard to get up. The fire pit in the backyard was great, just wish the grass had been cut. Overall we had an amazing time. Would definitely book there again

Wonderful girls getaway for my sisters 50th birthday to Nashville! We enjoyed the hospitality of Chip- the house has it ALL!!!! Full kitchen- stocked and ready to entertain ourselves here which we did! Outside patio and Firepit were not used sadly due to rain— but overall this pad is highly recommended!

The host was great and had essentials like coffee readily available. It was a no stress stay for us as we were able to quickly Uber to downtown, and East Nashville.Highly recommend this property!

It was wonderful very accommodating

This house was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved the queen bunk beds and being together. There is a nice area out back to just relax. The house is close to everything that we had on our list to see and do while in Nashville.

This house was absolutely adorable and perfect. The bedrooms were amazing, living room was cozy, kitchen was awesome and we absolutely loved the fire pit out back as well as the rocking chairs. This house is close to a lot of things (downtown Nashville, the Nashville zoo) as well as being within driving range of several other great little towns. The Nearest Green Distillery is a great place to visit and is not too far of a drive. Grubhub is also available if you do not want to drive into downtown and want to enjoy the house :)I would absolutely recommend this house (10/10) to everyone and would stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

We recently took my sister and her husband to Nashville for the first time and booked our stay with Chip! First, he was responsive and very helpful from start to finish! His home is absolutely perfect and he goes above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you need down to toiletries you may have forgotten. His home is clean and very well maintained. Everything about our stay was great except for one thing….it was too short! We will definitely book with Chip in the future!

Chip was amazing. The house was amazing. The whole trip was amazing! Before even checking in Chip awesomely provided a bunch of family z friendly things me and my children could enjoy while also giving us some great food spots to check out! This is the cutest little house ever! The backyard/patio area was beautiful. Super convenient to have the washer/dryer/dishwasher combo especially with kiddos!

Kitchen & Bath updates were done nicely. Plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses. Fireplace too difficult to work, was hoping for electrical on/off switch.

We came out to visit family for Thanksgiving. We were able to cook dinner for six with a few additions from our son’s kitchen. The grill was great (although, we weren’t able to locate grill tools). We were bummed not to get a chance to use the fire pit out back!

Great time here. Loved how the owners had all the essentials for us and even left water and seltzer. This place is a shirt Uber to downtown for a very reasonable $10.

Beautiful property, very clean with nice amenities!! Short ride to downtown and we didn't have any trouble getting a lyft or uber. While we were there, my son propose to his girlfriend, and she said yes!! Thank you Chip for your hospitality and quick response!!

Just as pictured. Host was super quick to respond. We chose this house to allow us to not have to worry about parking. The house comes with everything you could need and then some. The kids loved the fire pit and bunk beds. Super close to broadway just a short Uber drive. We would stay here again if we return.
