Private 2-Bedroom Bungalow Bliss in North Park! Walking distance to everything!

Sweet, comfortable California bungalow, beautifully decorated! Beds were very comfortable. Really appreciated the kitchen condiments! Wish more places would do the same! We’d love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet bungalow. The neighborhood is nice and safe. It's convenient to many attractions. The house has everything we need to make our stay comfortable. It's within walking distance to a grocery store and many restaurants.

This space was amazing for our stay in San Diego. My two grandsons and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living area. The beds were extremely comfortable. Although we did not need some of the extras ( pack n play, fully furnished kitchen, games) etc… the place is ideal for families. Easily walking to nearby grocery store, a few restaurants were very convenient! Most importantly the bungalow was clean and in order. Extra towels and bathroom essentials as well.I highly recommend this place!

Adorable little place and very quiet! Our hosts were responsive and accommodating and the place was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to a great little store and a fantastic BBQ place among other things. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook!

Nice quiet neighborhood on a cul-da-sac. The house is very clean and the hosts are very polite and easy to reach via chat. Street parking also. Will definitely try to rent again , if available on our next trip to San Diego!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Its location was excellent—conveniently close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and their communication was prompt and clear throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this property and would happily stay again.

great stay in san diego, house was in quiet neighborhood but close to activities. 15 minute drive to sea world and la jolla cove, 5 minute drive to san diego zoo, grocery store in walking distance.

Couldn’t ask for a more perfect location! Walked to the market, coffee house, etc. Quick drive to zoo, Balboa park, airport. The house was so thoughtfully furnished and stocked, had everything we needed and was very comfortable to make it a home for a few days with my family of four! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We often rent for a month, so we spend a great deal of time in the rental. We rely on reviews and that is why we want to be honest about the properties and our experience. North Park area is wonderful, but these older homes need constant care and attention. Our host, Christy could not have been nicer, nor more helpful addressing any concerns. Positives: Lovely neighborhood, easy access, on street parking was available when we needed it, upgraded HVAC system, comfortable bed and soft sheets, Wifi /TV worked well, lots of closet space, kitchen supplies/utensils Downside for us: We were surprised that the house was only superficially cleaned based on the rating and many comments that spoke specifically to cleanliness being notable. Although functional, the dryer was old and rusty with a really tight area to do laundry. The shower/tub had no safety bar. Kitchen table chairs are needing repair. Overall, we can recommend this place for the many positive aspects of the neighborhood and host. But for longer stays, we would like to see the property updated with great attention to cleanliness inside cabinets/drawers/replacing old furnishings and appliances, and continually making improvements to the property.

Was the perfect location. We rented a car- drove no more than 15-20 minutes for everywhere we explored.

Excellent location, and very clean! Hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodating. Parking in front of the property may be limited, but there’s plenty one the street just one or two houses down. The bungalow is directly adjacent to the owners (shares a wall), so they are close by should any issues arise. All in all, it’s a great spot in a wonderful neighborhood that is perfect for a family trip to explore the area. Totally recommend.

The location was amazing. Close to parks, restaurants, shops, and more. But it was also very cozy; tucked away from the main part of North park.

Very comfortable house, plenty of space for 2-4 people. Neighborhood was very quiet, plenty of parking. Location was very accessible to convention center, etc. Nearby to very bustling North Park area with lots of restaurants. Hosts are incredibly communicative and accommodating. Definitely recommend and will look to stay here again on my next trip to San Diego.

This was a wonderful property! My husband, our daughter, and I spent several days and found it to be a wonderful base for exploring the area. The neighborhood is convenient to the freeway but very quiet, with local markets and good BBQ. The unit itself is clean and comfortable, and was a great place to relax in between adventures. We hope to return on future trips!

Stayed at the property for 3 days, great neighborhood with plenty of options for things to do within walking/minimal driving distance. House was very clean, appreciated the ability to do laundry, etc. Owners were very quick with communication. Would recommend!

The place was adorable and had everything we needed. The appliances were brand new, so you had the option of staying in and cooking if you wanted. We had no idea how close we were to everything and were overly ambitious with our grocery shopping. The neighborhood was so safe, you could walk within a blocks to grab a bite to eat or a drink/ cup of coffee. The trees at the cottage were in full bloom and it was so tranquil and beautiful. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and their daughters, absolutely beautiful family We had a stay of a lifetime, never been to San Diego and definitely intend to come back and stay there Thank you so much for everything, wonderful hosts!

Perfection! The bungalow is wonderful. Clean, stocked with towels, dishes, pots and pans! The beds were so comfortable and the trundle bed was perfect for my grandson. The property is 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. A quiet beautiful neighborhood with a plethora of interesting shops within walking distance. There was always a spot to park on the street. I can not wait to return!!!

This VRBO was the ideal location for our family's SDSU graduation celebration. The apartment was roomy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Street parking was always available and safe. All manner of shopping, dining, and recreation were within walking distance. Our hosts were gracious and well organized. Would stay here again.
