With ample parking, the driveway easily fits 4 vehicles and depending on size, could fit up to 6 vehicles. Tesla No problem! aTesla charger is available. Boat parking and golf cart parking are allowed here. Always Sunny is near the dog park, city pool, and nature preserve, with an easy drive to the marina, Roberts Point Park, dining, shopping, and the Beach!

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

This stilt-built beach house offers 3 bedrooms: 1 King Bedroom Suite with Private Bathroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, and 1 Bunk Room (2 twin/twin beds). All bedrooms have TV's and closets. There is a 2nd full bathroom in the hallway, along with a laundry/utility room.

The well-stocked kitchen offers a beautiful space for those who love to cook, well appointed with everything you'll need to prep, cook, serve, and dine. A breakfast bar and seating is the place to perch and watch those who love to cook if you're not the one who wants to be in the kitchen. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. Services can be intermittent on an island.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
- There are two exterior cameras at the front door and entrance gate to ensure guest safety and security. There are no interior cameras.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

    This was a beautiful house. Very open and spacious, the kitchen was amazing and the rooms perfect for our 7 person party. The AC works so well, The private pool had my kids thoroughly entertained especially after our beach plans got derailed after some pink jellyfish stings. We look forward to returning in the future.

    This was a nice property, clean for the most part. The ceiling fans had inches of dust on them and the pool was quite dirty when we first got there though. It was also not ideal that there is no private access to the backyard- would be much nicer if there were stairs that go directly to the backyard without having to go in front of the house. This property also has several cameras live monitoring which made us extremely uncomfortable, I have never seen that at a short term rental. Someone also came to clean the pool without notice. Overall this house was nice but it was quite overpriced, I would not stay again as it’s not worth the money. Finally, the roads in the neighborhood are torn up making for a rough drive in and out and we wound up getting a flat tire because of it. The house is decorated nicely and the updates make it appealing, but again just not worth the price compared to other places I’ve stayed in Port A.

    We booked Always Sunny as a get away for my husband’s birthday. It was a gorgeous house and just in a great location. We loved the amenities of the home. The pool and putting green were a blast. A couple things that could have helped, more shower towels would be great and getting to the backyard was a little difficult with the dogs because we had to go out front to go to the back. We wish there were stairs to the backyard from the back. Other than those small things, we enjoyed our week there.

    This is a beautifully designed and decorated large home perfect for multiple couples or large families. Everything needed to cook and enjoy your time together was included. Hosts were attentive and quick to respond to any needs. Be aware there is tar in the sand at the beach so you should bring something to remove it before you track any into the home. Baby oil didn’t work well but solvents will. The home is next to a city facility so you might hear some machinery noise in the morning. This wasn’t too bothersome to us.

    The putting green/pool/entire back yard was amazing and exactly what we were looking for! The house was very modern and clean and had everything that you could need. Our dog Nala had an absolute blast staying here for her first beach trip. Will definitely be coming back
