Pristine Nantucket Retreat All to Yourself

The house is bright, clean and beautiful. It was everything we needed for the stroll weekend. We loved it and would definitely book again. The owner was very quick getting back to me when I messaged her with questions and was very helpful. It’s a quick uber or drive into town.

House had everything we needed and great location. Would definitely stay there again.

Our family of four had a lovely stay. The house was in great shape for our arrival. It is well appointed with everything you need, including beach gear. There are a number of different sitting areas, a nice shaded backyard and a large basement area that we didn’t even use. Plenty of space and very comfortable. Sue was a great host and we would stay here again!

My husband, myself and our 3 year old stayed for a week in August 2024. The house had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and we found the location to be convenient for everything we wanted to do. The bus stop is a short walk and the beaches are all a short drive away. We had a few minor maintenance issues that were quickly resolved. Communication with the host was always easy and quick. Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful Nantucket getaway with us!

A beautiful, comfortable, well-appointed home in a peaceful subdivision. Just an Uber, bus or bike ride from town and beaches. Be sure to rent bikes from Easy Rider instead of paying extra to use the house bikes as the house bikes are not in good repair (and you cannot walk to the beach so bikes are a must). The VRBO listing was a little confusing as there is no hot tub. Sue our host was super-responsive when we had minor questions. Overall we loved the house and it was a wonderful base for exploring all Nantucket has to offer.

We were more than pleased with the location, cleanliness and communication. We would definitely love to return. We loved the actual crib that was comfy for our baby (rather than a stiff pack and play) and we loved the proximity to the beach, town and beautiful trails. What a fabulous visit! The house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and very well appointed. The owners were responsive and communicative. We had a delightful time and will certainly be back!

This was our first trip to Nantucket. Despite the fact that we did not have great weather, we had a fantastic time - due in no small part to this house. Our group included a set of grandparents, myself and my husband, and our 3 boys (ages 4-9). The location of this house was perfect. It's easy to get everywhere on the island, yet the street was quiet enough we never worried about our kids running around outside. There was ample space for them to run and play in the backyard, which felt very private. The house is absolutely immaculate. We have stayed in some beautiful rental houses before, but this one is easily the nicest and cleanest. The bathrooms seemed brand new. The beds were comfortable, and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets available. Bath and beach towels were also plentiful. The furniture in the living and family rooms was nice, but not too fancy where I worried about my children sitting on them. There was excellent natural light in the house, which was nice given the number of rainy and cloudy days we had. The outdoor patio area was also great. The owner was very communicative leading up to our rental and during. I had an issue with transportation, and she went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough positive things about this rental property and our experience with it!

Gorgeous home, great location, amazing small touches that make you feel at home! Couldn’t recommend enough - it’s perfection!

This is a very comfortable, clean and extremely well and thoughtfully furnished home for a great Nantucket holiday. Speedy and helpful communication with Sue. The setting is quiet and relaxing. I would describe the location as 10 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike to town, stores, and beaches. 5 stars!
