Pristine Lakefront Home on Sokokis Lake

Had many great experiences! Lots to do and my dog enjoyed the lake every day!

The house was perfect. It was well stocked and everything, right down to light fixtures and remotes, was labeled! So great! The location on the lake was perfect with a sandy beach and dock and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again. And one of the owners came right over within an hour of us texting them with a minor issue. The house is also within walking distance of a Dollar General, a cute snack shack restaurant, a pizza place, and dount shop! Just a couple of minutes drive to a local grocery store, hardware store, and Dunkin. And we always appreciate a home that is dog-friendly!

We've been coming back for last four years. We had perfect weather this year. The fishing was better this year, the bass were biting much better. As usual we enjoyed the use of your comforting house. We had a fun and relaxing vacation. Looking forward to seeing you next year as well. Thank you Wayne and Judy.

This was our second stay in Jamie and Linda’s home and we would definitely stay here again. The house is clean, well organized and very comfortable. Slept like a baby in the queen beds upstairs. The furniture in the living room is comfortable and made us feel right at home. There are two full baths and they are both very clean. I’m a housekeeper so I definitely know clean! The porch looks out on the breathtaking view of Sokokis lake. The lake is crystal clear and there are two easy walk-in access points. The dock is large and can easily accommodate a boat. We had a fire in the fire pit one night and it was so peaceful and private. We walked our dog several times a day, the road is very quiet, we usually saw a few cars if any. Julie the caretaker was only a phone call away and when we had a question she responded within minutes. Ideally located in a small community, but easy access to lots of fun activities. Our home away from home! Thanks Linda, Jamie, and Julie for a wonderful time!

Beautiful home on the lake with all needed amenities. Great location in a private cove.

We enjoyed a peaceful summer vacation at the lake with the whole family. The first floor bedroom and bath were especially helpful to the grandparents who came along. The whole house was clean and comfortable. Lake is clean with shallow entry for easy swimming. We also enjoyed catching fish (sunfish, perch, bass) right off the dock.

This is without a dought the best place we have stayed in years. I would like to ask the owner if this place is for sale.

This is our 2nd time in Limerick. We love the home by the water. The host is so quick to respond to any issue that may come up. Beautiful home and area.

Just had a wonderful week in Limerick, ME at this beautiful pet friendly property. The host was exceptional - courteous, quick to answer and resolve issues. The house was extremely comfortable and immaculate. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This is our third year staying on Sokokis lake. This home is spotlessly clean, well supplied with beginning supplies . Having linens provided is such a big perk. Wonderful well used fire pit and lake access and dock were great. Very roomy for my family of five with room for company. Looking forward to returning next year

the lake was warm, the weather was perfect and the house was comfortable., fish did not co-operate, unfortunately.. Great week overall.

As usual, our stay was exceptional. There was everything that we needed (or wanted) that wasn’t available to us. I love it here!!!

The house was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Easy communication with the host. Quiet neighborhood. The lake access was nice and water deep enough at the end of dock to jump off. We brought kayaks and paddle boards and enjoyed exploring the lake. Lots of floats, corn hole, lounge chairs and life jackets available in the very clean basement. Well stocked kitchen. We prepared and ate almost all meals at the house. Local grocery store about 5 minutes from the house had good sandwiches and salads. As well as most anything needed including a small deli and some local Maine products. Local donut shop very close by. If you’re a Dunkin fan that’s right around the corner too. Very enjoyable stay on Sokokis Lake.

The cottage is perfect. It is air conditioned. It is located on a quiet cove. There is boat launch nearby. Also close to shops. This marks our 3rd year. And we are coming back next year.

We loved our stay at the lake. This home is always clean, comfortable, and relaxing to make for a memorable summer vacation with family!
