Stayed Mar 1, 2023This is a beautiful property and check in was smooth, we were even permitted to enter a few hours early. David, the property manager and his assistant were easily reached to solve a few minor problems, which they took care of immediately. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool area is beautiful. However, there were a few areas that needed improvement. For instance, there was no Welcome Book that tells you about the house and it's workings. This would have been helpful, especially to figure out the televisions. They also had no rugs at all in the master bedroom/bathroom suite. I found one in a linen closet for the bathroom by the shower. The sheets on the master bedroom were mismatched, no blanket was provided, and no king size pillows, just two small standard ones on a king size bed. These are tiny little inconveniences, but I feel for the price being paid it should have been a little better appointed. However, I did not bring these things up to the property manager, and I am sure he would have done his best to accommodate us. All in all, a beautiful place that just needs a bit of love inside.

Stayed Mar 1, 2022How wonderful to check into a clean, well stocked home! My family and guests appreciated the comfortable beds and large pool and hot tub. We enjoyed use of the Lely club amenities, but mostly loved staying at this home enjoying the sunshine and view. David, the manage, answered any of our questions and sent his assistant manager to arrange a handyman to fix the grill and a non functioning undercounted light fixture we needed fixed. She was so helpful, prompt and easy to deal with! Our family and friends that visited thoroughly the home and Naples area! We would love to return in the future!

Stayed Apr 2, 2021Overall a very good experience. My only complaint is the location which is 100% on me. It is pretty remote from downtown Naples, beaches, nightlife etc. If you're looking for low key quiet family time, this is your spot. If you're planning to head out for activities make sure you understand the location relative to your plans.
