Stayed Mar 13, 2025It’s always great to return to Primrose Cottage in Albury. Gayle is fantastic with communication before our stay and the property is always clean.Great location with walking distance to town center. Rooms and spacious, with comfy beds. Everything available for a great home stay.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025A group of friends stayed for a reunion in town. Gayle was wonderful to deal with and was very helpful and accomodating. The location was excellent. Supermarket, pasta and wine bar and hotels all within easy walking distance. Quiet neighbourhood and house had plenty of character. Off street parking was a plus also.

Stayed Feb 11, 2024We first booked Primrose cottage 12mths ago, then we were asked to move to Nathan cottage I can't remember why, then we ended up at bluebell cottage because the people staying in Nathan wanted to spend another night which would have been our first night. Bluebell cottage was the same configuration as the others I believe. It was disappointing being moved so many times to accommodate others to find that there was no air conditioner at the end of the house where the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were it was very hot! Also, the tap over the kitchen sink leaked and the bathroom basin tap continually leaked. I am sure this will be rectified after feedback as the property manager was very nice to speak with. The property was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.
