Prime location within walking distance of downtown Sandusky

The space was perfect for us and Jeff was very friendly!

Very clean and well maintained residence. Owner was very responsive. Easy to find. The only disappointing aspect was the noise around the property at night. We heard sirens, trains, and people at the gas station next door. Overall a good experience.

The house was very nice and very clean. We had everything we needed. The location was great and Jeff made sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend Jeff’s place. Perfect place to stay when visiting Sandusky!

To say this place and the owner are amazing would be a vast understatement. The apartment its self is very clean and cozy with a lot of charm. The owner.... Jeff is very knowledgeable about the area, extremely helpful and very friendly. He was quick to offer cleaning supplies and the use of his hose to wash our motorcycles after a swarm of midges attacked them. I would definitely recommend Jeffs place and will definitely stay here again when I am in town.

The property was very clean and only a couple blocks from all the shops and restaurants in Downtown Sandusky. The owner communicated well. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was great. The host was helpful with a small issue when we arrived but he took care of it immediately. The only suggestion I would make is to add dishcloths to wash dishes, add measuring cups and spoons, and also a rubber spatula. We cook when we are away from home and those kitchen tools would have made it easier.

Great for parking with our boat

Very nice, clean updated rental. The bedding was fantastic!! Coffee/creamer & snacks were very appreciated. Awesome location, just a few blocks from restaurants & shops. Also right by historical district which was nice to walk through. Met Jeff, the host, super nice guy! Highly recommend this rental!!!

A perfect location.

Awesome place and an even better host.

Apartment is as advertized with easy entry and exit. Carpeting appears new and well cared for. Streaming services included. Ample paper plates, napkins, soap, garbage bags and paper towels in the kitchen which were appreciated. Bathroom was fully stocked. Jeff communicates well and promptly. Ten minutes from Cedar Point and 2 minutes from restaurants and the Merry-Go-Museum.

Nothing bad to say really! Stairs are kinda steep but there’s a railing so no big deal there. It was cozy and comfortable. I saw some reviews saying it was noisy outside, and that was sometimes true, but honestly after like 10 or 11 pm it seemed pretty quiet. We would 100% stay here again.

We were lucky enough to enjoy two nights at this spot while on a trip to Cedar Point.The accommodations were well appointed with convenient parking and easy access.From there we could walk to so many amazing restaurants. What a location!!!!Our host was kind enough to check in on us as we were returning from dinner. Can't ask for better service, location and accommodations.Thank you.CF

This little stay in Sandusky was perfect for our trip. 2 couples worked well in this booking. Nice size living room and the 2 queen beds! Parking worked out well and was walking distance to the waterside restaurants and bars. Overall great stay and would totally stay again!

Very clean, large parking area, close to lake and downtown area. Air conditioning was great, nice and cool. Very nice owner. Upstairs unit does have steeper stairs and since it it close to everything there is some noise occasionally. Overall it was awesome and I would stay here again anytime I’m in the area.

Great place for my son and I for a baseball tournament weekend. About 10 minutes to Cedar Point and the Sports Force Park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance in downtown Sandusky. Clean location with plenty of room. Owners were quit to respond when we reached out.

Nice place, very welcoming, only real issue was the host forgot to turn the a.c to a liveable temperature setting, which would of been fine if it wasn't one of the hottest days of the summer. But that was quickly resolved.

The property was a great fit for our family of 4, comfortable, well-maintained and less than a 10 minute drive to everything we wanted to do while in town for a baseball tournament. We'd gladly return

Overall a good stay. Place was very clean, had everything we needed right there. We made breakfast in the morning in the kitchen easily with multiple people in the kitchen. Did run into an issue with the heat but Jeff was very quick to respond and get someone out to help fix it. Good location, close to a lot of places, including Cedar point. Would've liked to see closer to blackout curtains on the windows since the gas station is right outside one of the bedrooms. Overall a wonderful stay, certainly on our list of places to go again for our groups cedar point trips.

Great communication. Nice looking and clean place inside and out. Having the convenience store next door was super great. The extras like coffee, a few snacks and extra bathroom necessities is a great touch yiu dont get at other places.

Well appointed 2 bedroom apartment. Good space. Very well kept and clean. Host family lives below, but you wouldn't know it at all. Good safety features (well lit, etc...) 2 blocks from downtown. Appropriately priced.

Great upstairs apartment just two blocks from downtown Sandusky. Easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants and beautiful Sandusky bay is just three blocks away at the end of the street. We went for a long weekend with friends and found the unit to be updated, clean, and comfortable. We liked the added touches of snacks, and coffee/creamer/sugar in the fully equipped kitchen, and extra toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot something. The bedrooms are snug, requiring both queen beds to be pushed against the wall, but the beds were comfortable and the inconvenience was minor. Well certainly book again!

This is a perfect spot for anyone looking to stay in Sandusky. The space was very clean, quiet, and relaxing after a day out enjoying the surrounding areas. The beds were comfortable, the fans in each room were appreciated, and the snacks were a thoughtful touch. There are restaurants within walking distance and cute cafes nearby. Jeff was easy to contact and communicate with and very helpful when it came to recommending places in the area that we were interested in checking out. If someone was interested in staying here during their visit to Sandusky I would highly recommend it, it's a little gem.

First off, great communication from our host, Jeff. Check-in was incredibly easy, he called a couple of hours after check-in to make sure everything went smoothly and if there were any issues with the place or if there was anything we needed. He even sent a couple of restaurant suggestions. Second, the space is exactly as it is pictured. Very clean, very comfortable, everything you might need for your stay is there. Even toiletries in the bathroom.

He checked in several times during our stay to make we had everything we needed. The location was about a 10 minute drive from Cedar Point and walkable to downtown Sandusky. The ferry to Put in Bay and Kelley’s Island was also within walking distance. Really convenient location!
