This was the third time our family of 10 has stayed in this beautiful home. The home was remodeled a year ago making it more open, light and spacious. The location on the golf course gave us easy access to sledding hills and walking paths. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

The house itself is pretty fantastic. The entire upstairs was renovated recently and has an absolutely beautiful and well-stocked kitchen. The downstairs feels dated and has a weird layout, best for kids or close friends. The hot tub was great, but was only heated to 90° when we arrived which meant we missed a full night because it took so long to warm up. It wasn’t super clear from our communication that we had to go in a specific entrance and get a code for a gate. We also had to pay an extra hundred dollars for activity fees, but you have to pay to do the activities the owners were nice enough to give us a late check out, which frankly is necessary because they expect you to do all of your laundry, so unless you want to wake up early on your last morning and not use the hot tub, you need to start laundry the night before. You also have to drive your trash 15 minutes away from the exit before you leave. Overall, it was a good stay, Just be prepared for a series of minor frustrations.

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful home! The kitchen is very well equipped and the great room perfect for family time - lovely view of golf course, private setting, cozy fireplace. It was the prefect home-base for enjoying the Sisters Folk Festival.

It was my husband’s Birthday weekend we got more than what we expected he said it was the best birthday EVER all because the house was so comfortable like home and the view was Amazing and we couldn’t have asked for a better host we would definitely stay there AGAIN!!! And we don’t say that about s lot of the other places we’ve stayed at in the past 5 stars and BEYOND

We have been coming to black butte for a very long time and this house is one of our favorites to rent. It is updated, great set up, comfortable beds and deck is amazing. We will be back!

This home was immaculately clean, well appointed, and had a great location. Very close to Paulina pool and some really beautiful walking/biking paths. We would definitely stay again!

Gathered for a “girls’ reunion … 5 glorious days of sunshine & peace. Would highly recommend this great home & Black Butte Ranch for any occasion. There is something for everyone at BBR from babies to seniors. We golfed, biked, hiked, & played pickle ball. Host Ann was very welcoming & available , although we had no issues at all. The home very well equipped for cooks & families’ needs. Would definitely come back!
