Loved all the fire wood and heat of the hot tub. Could have used more shower towels. One pee shower wasn’t enough.

Lovely, comfortable home in a quiet location.A well stocked kitchen with plenty of seating indoors & outside. The large hot tub was clean & well placed on the deck. There were 4 ample bedrooms, well appointed & comfortable. The wood burning fireplace, with ample dry firewood, was a bonus. The host was a pleasure to work with.

The house and location are beautiful and well appointed.Everything needed for an excellent stay! We were three couples and we had plenty of individual space and plenty of togetherness space. The deck at night under the stars was magnificent! The only issue? It is a bit of a drive to get there from Sisters, where we were meeting up with others for the weekend. Once you get there though, it’s wonderful!!

Perfect place for a buddies golf/tennis weekend. House was immaculate, great view of 13th fairway, with tennis courts and swimming pool literally a one minute walk.

Fully equipped with all the games and necessary kitchen equipment. Room for all the family. The best part is definitely the deck and outside amenities!

There are 8 of us first cousins. Ages 67 to 82. BBR has always been a favorite with us. This house fit all our needs. The master on the main was what we needed for those of us who do not handle stairs well. Well equipped with sports equipment and close to tennis courts. Thumbs up

Our family of 9 had a great long weekend. The house had everything we needed and then some. Kris was very easy to communicate with giving us plenty of information to make check-in and check-out a breeze. The dining room table is plenty big so our family could put jigsaw puzzles together and still had room for meals. There are lots of games and puzzles provided and quite a few bicycles. The house is within walking distance to one of the many outdoor pools and its a short distance to the Glaze Meadow recreation center and indoor pool, which the kids enjoyed. Our family has been coming to Black Butte for many years during the winter for a ski adventure. We've stayed at the same place the last four years, this time around we decided to try a new vacation rental. We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The house is in a great location and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. The hot tub and fireplace were by far our favorite - the weather was accommodating we enjoy got to enjoy the outdoor firepit. Plus, there are tons of games and puzzles to enjoy. Thank you for a delightful stay and experience.

We have stayed in many rental homes and to us, this one by far, was a favorite. Clean, inviting, comfortable, and roomy, and the view was amazing. The host was very responsive to questions and helpful in a timely manner. Thanks so much!

We had such a great time. The house was perfect, kitchen stocked with appliances. Beds were comfortable and sheets soft. We will definitely be back. Kris was great at communicating and such an easy check-in process.

A great family house to rent, a nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, outside hot tub to enjoy and beautiful views from all the windows. Our family had a fun Christmas holiday - there was room for all and a great table to play games on as well as have Christmas dinner. Love Black Butte Ranch and this was one of the best places to stay!

This was a beautiful and very convenient place for my family to meet and celebrate the Holidays! We had everything we needed and access to snow. The hot tub was so nice after a day on the slopes and the house was stocked with everything one could need! Hosts are great and I would stay again for sure.

This house is beautiful. Super comfortable! Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Comfy couch in the living room. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were great! House was very clean upon arrival. The location is lovely and the property is big! Plenty of space. Love having the private hot tub! We will definitely book this property again!

We had a few nice, relaxing days at this house after Thanksgiving. Since it was just the two of us we only used the main floor, but everything was super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and had empty cupboards to put our food in (not always the case!). The living room has a huge sectional that was great for binge watching one of our netflix shows. The big stone fireplace with wood storage right off the living room made having a fire going in the evenings super easy. The master bedroom has a really comfortable bed. And finally, the hot tub is wonderful too! We would definitely stay here again.

The property was so lovely, in a beautifully peaceful area, and Kris was such a gracious and kind host. One of the best rental experiences we’ve ever had.
