Prime Location - between Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs - Golf Cart

Everything was as advertised. Very clean comfortable home with all the amenities. Perfectly located between Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing. The host Niki, was always quick to respond to any query. Would definitely stay here again.

This home was in a perfect location in the Villages to access Rec Centers (we are avid pickleball players) pools and 2 town squares. Home was very clean and as pictured. Gold cart was added bonus! Owner was very responsive regarding the rental. Loved the neighborhood and area. Close to shopping and groceries along with many restaurant options! We rented for 9 days and enjoyed our stay very much! Hope to be back next year!

Wonderful home with attention to every detail! My daughter, her husband and their 2 boys had a terrific weekend and in my opinion the location of the home was superior. We will hope that this home is available for our next reunion!

The house was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The location is minutes away to 2 town squares, pools, recreation centers, restaurants, etc. The golf cart provided made it easy and fun to get around. Niki was great to work with and responded quickly to any questions.

I'm new to Vrbo so I was anxious and did not know what to expect. I was so happy when we pulled into the driveway. Such an adorable home! The interior of the home was spotless and clean. The furnishings were pretty and very comfortable. The Owner of the home welcomed us and was available if we had any issues at all. We absolutely did not! My husband and I will definitely book again in the immediate future!

Great house clean, lots of space, close to restaurants perfect for what we needed. Having golf cart saved on rental. Definitely recommend staying here if your going to the Villages.

The property is just as advertised. Niki was a great host who was readily available for our short notice trip. You have everything you need in this home. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was very close to where my mom lives which made it easy to pick her up and bring her back home. The house is cute and well stocked. We had everything we needed. It would have been nice to have a pass for the Village’s gates, but wasn’t really necessary. I would definitely stay there again.
