Very nice house and in great condition. Very clean. Host was very easy to contact and work with.

Lovely home as advertised including quiet neighborhood, hillside setting with outstanding views of valley and distant mountains. Along with cooler weather, historic town and many restaurants, a great getaway.

The house was perfect for a stay in Prescott. Modern and upgraded. But the supposed fenced in back yard was dangerous and unusable. We never went there.

I had a wonderful time at this location. It is exactly as advertised. I plan to stay here again next summer. All my guests commented as to what a beautiful home I had rented. Some even commented “how did you find such a beautiful place with a view“.

The house was great! Chris was easy to communicate with, the house was clean, beds were comfy, showers are huge and the kitchen and family room were superb! Would highly recommend this place, we’ll definitely want to stay here again when we return! Pictures are accurate but even better in person!

The house was great and Chris was responsive throughout our stay! It was centrally located to every where we needed to be! Everyone had a great time playing shuffle board and ping pong! Highly recommend staying here and if we are back in Prescott, we will stay there again!

Fantastic property in Prescott! The owners of this home have done an amazing job with all of the updates and renovations. From the flooring to accent walls to barn door and kitchen and incredible bathrooms! Can’t say enough good things about this house. The neighborhood is quiet and the views are perfect! Quail come into the yard every evening, it really is better than the photos!
