This place is lovely! Beautifully decorated, extra comforts, cozy, everything. Close to everything in town. So glad we stayed here and traveled into Yosemite.

Such a beautiful property and so well stocked. This was the best supplied house I've ever rented. The hot tub was great after a long day at Yosemite. We liked the house so much that we cancelled 2 dinners out to stay and cook to enjoy the house. Brian was quick to respond to any questions we had and gave us great suggestion for restaurants in town. I would definitely stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations! We were visiting to explore Yosemite and we wish we had more time to spend at the house and in Mariposa. Unlike many rentals, all of the things you’d need in the house to get started were there. The house was very clean and you can tell effort has been put into the details. We really enjoyed the court and played pickleball nightly. We taught our kids to play chess on the lovely chess table. The location was perfect for our needs. We walked to The Grove, Happy Goat, the bbq joint, and Sticks. All were fabulous. Also great was the local grocer - Pioneer Market. Hosts were great too. An all around great stay that flew by!

Loved this beautiful house! We used it as our base to visit Yosemite. Although it’s a bit of a drive, we enjoyed coming back at the end of the day and being able to walk to restaurants. The house itself was spacious, well set-up and very comfortable!

Travelled to Mariposa for my daughter’s wedding. This house felt like home. We enjoyed time with family and friends while celebrating this momentous occasion. Had plenty of room for everyone. Loved the hot tub and fire table on the chilly nights. Enjoyed a morning of pickleball and basketball on the sport court. Location is perfect for exploring the downtown area. Loved every minute. This is our third stay at this beautiful and lovingly cared for home. We return because of the comfort, cleanliness, style of the home and the great amenities. The owners are warm and friendly and communicate quickly and thoughtfully to any questions or needs. We highly recommend this property for families or friends. The sport court is an amazing bonus! The property was excellent for our group of hikers. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it great for cooking meals at home. I'd happily stay at this property again, and recommend it to others.

The house was at a good location. It was walking distance to everything. The features and amenities of the house were spot on plus some more. The host, Brian, was good and we had no issues. I would recommend this house to anyone who visits Mariposa.

Brian’s house was the perfect place to stay for us as we wanted to visit the Yosemite park, but at the same time wanted to stay in a town. The house is beautiful and had lots of space. It felt luxurious. Our teens really enjoyed the sports facilities, even though it was quite hot when we were there: the basketball court, where we also played pickle ball and we had a serious table tennis competition going on. Brian was really helpful when we had some questions on using the appliances and even brought us extra ice for the freezer. Thanks for having us, we loved staying at your house.

The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It sits a short block from downtown with lots of shops and restaurants. It felt safe enough that my teens went and got breakfast on their own. It was a solid 55 mins to the Yosemite gate and 15-20 mins further into the valley. The trade off of the drive was not being stuck living with the hoards of people staying in Yosemite. Worth it imo.

Beautiful and spacious, this home was just perfect as a home base for Yosemite. There is ample room to kick back and relax, 2 separate dining areas outside, and we loved the big hot tub. We also really enjoyed playing pickleball on the sport court. Home is fully equipped with everything you might need and owners are very responsive. The house is also walking distance to restaurants and shops. Loved this place!
