Premier Seaside Community - community pool, playground and tennis court.

Clean, smelled fresh, bring your own toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels. Nice gathering area, 3 spacious porches, kitchen has everything, mattress was soft, water pressure great, didn't use TV much, quiet neighborhood with access to great pool and tennis court. Younger kids loved the playground. Never crowded. Beach was 2 blocks away (3 minute walk) with private walkway with key fob access. Check-in and check-out was seamless and easy

A great house! Pretty easy walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Definitely planning to go back next year.

Awesome Cottage…

The house was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was beautiful and neighbors were very friendly. Also the hostess was always answering all our questions promptly. A great experience overall.

Everything about this place was awesome! The house was plenty big for our family get together and had all the accommodations of ‘home’. Close & easy access to the beach and the added touch of access to the communities pool, playground & Pickleball court was a wonderful amenity. The owner was very responsive & great to work with. Wholeheartedly recommend this place for a family beach trip & look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful house very clean affordable in a great location just minutes from the beach

We had two properties on Seawatch Way and four other smaller places in close proximity to get 31 family members from across the country together for a most memorable beach reunion. Accommodations couldn't have been easier or better!

Stayed here with 6 adults and 5 kids (ages 3-17) and we all loved it! It is a nice home in a great neighborhood. The pool is one house away and the beach is a few minute walk. The house has bathrooms aplenty, which is a bonus when sharing a place amongst 3 families. The back porch is perfect for hanging or eating in the shade. We also liked the neighborhood tennis court and playground. We hope to be back! Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our family - grandparents, kids, & grandkids. Location to beach and pool/playground couldn't have been better. Would definitly stay there again.
