PREMIER Golf Course 175+5 STARS - GREAT LOCATION, Aspen Grove Views off Deck,

Mike and Barb were very helpful and responsive to any questions and requests. The house was perfect for our families. It was the best well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in! Thank you!

This is not our first time staying at this wonderful house and it certainly won’t be the last! It is warm and cozy and feels like home. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining and living room are wonderfully spacious to accommodate our family of 11. The hosts are gracious and communicate immediately. I recommend this beautiful home to anyone searching for the perfect vacation rental. It’s the best place on the Ranch in our opinion.

The home was spacious, comfortable, and very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating meals. All our guests felt the beds were comfortable. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and were fully stocked with plenty of extra supplies. Pet friendly. The host responded quickly whenever we had questions.Everything about our stay was wonderful. We would gladly stay again in the future.

Good house, dark inside. We renamed it the ant farm because both bathroom were infested with ants. We purchased Raid and Ant traps. The main bedroom comforter was quite smelly, so we let it air out outdide for a day and usrd some natual Febreeze. The extra set of sheets for the main were put away wet, I discovered in looking for additional pillow cases for thos pillows. I rewashed dried and put away. Will attach photos of how the upstairs bath looked covered with ants below.

Wow! This was a great place for our family reunion. We couldn't believe how well equipped the kitchen was and how gorgeous the place both inside and out. Love our comfortable beds, excellent showers and bathrooms and spacious livingroom. The pictures don't do it justice!

We especially enjoyed having coffee in the morning and wine in the evening by the fire pit! Wobderful location!

This is a wonderful vacation house! We were traveling with several generations of family as well as our furry companion and the space was perfect for all of us. We are already planning to come back next year as part of a new family tradition! The location is beautiful and very private, perfect for watching wildlife in the morning. The house is well stocked with everything you could ask for. There are two small flights of stairs to enter the house however, you could also walk on a small trail to the back of the house and enter through the deck if stairs were an issue. Mike and Barb were great hosts and very quick to respond to messages. I would highly recommend this home, just not when we want to come ;).

We loved our stay and will absolutely book this house again for future stays in black butte.

This is the fourth time we have stayed in this lovely home and we are planning to return next year. The place is stocked with everything you could possibly need, which makes it feel like you’re in your own place. The setting on the golf course is lovely, and the owners very responsive and thoughtful.This is our Christmas holiday home and we are building beautiful memories that our grandchildren will carry with them always.

We had a wonderful family get together and the house was great! Kitchen, dining and living room were open so family could move around but be together. View of the golf course was great and in the summertime the patio would be a bonus space! Very nice owners that communicated with us well! No problems at all!!

A lovely family home surrounded by pines & aspen trees. Absolutely beautiful for our Fall family gathering. A well appointed kitchen was great for cooking family meals. Comfy couches in front of the fireplace was the gathering place for family movie night. This was a comfortable, quiet & well stocked home. The Central Oregon location never disappoints with a long list of outdoor activities, all surrounded by gorgeous views. Nearly perfect!

Nicely kept/equipped home on the golf course. Hosts were super friendly and helpful with details/needs. Great time!

We loved this property and will definitely book again. It has a cozy PNW vibe and is well-stocked beyond what we typically expect/ experience for VRBO listings (e.g., -- it had beach towels, cooking seasonings, olive oil, Nespresso pods, nice cookware, ample plates and utensils, laundry detergent, soap in showers, condiments, flour, sugar, comfy outdoor furniture, interesting books). The bunk room was perfect for our kids, and we loved that the outdoor had a gated area for our dog. The beds and pillows were comfy. The blooming flowers on the back patio were a really nice touch. The location was great - we took tons of walks and bike rides. We reached out to extend our stay by an extra day and our host was very quick to respond and facilitate everything. Thank you for a wonderful, special vacation!
