Stayed Dec 31, 1969Communication with the host was great. Nice sized deck, large sized rooms, large bathrooms and one has a big jet bath, and everything you need is in the kitchen. The two crank open windows in the kitchen were difficult to impossible to close once opened so we had to push close from outside. FYI, it says it sleeps 28 people but I don’t see how that’s possible. Maybe 11 at most, if 3 people slept in each of the queen sized beds and 2 people slept on the couches. It wasn’t an issue for us but just so others know. It looks like a cat used to live in the house as there is a cat hole cut out in downstairs bathroom closet and the bathroom smells like cat urine (can smell from kitchen as well). The property is overgrown behind the deck and other parts of the yard however there is an area that is mowed but can use a bit of a cleaning. Over all it was a good experience and the area was very quiet on a dead end road, close to stores and such.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023The check-in process was easy and information the host provided was very thorough. I would not hesitate to stay here again next summer! 4/5 stars for cleanliness as I did not enjoy the Febreze wall plug-ins, however with AC + fans provided fresh air could be easily circulated throughout the home.
