Loves the location. Spent lots of time on the river. The house was clean and as described.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked this house as a Quick can get away Between Christmas and New Year’s. We were traveling with four adults and six kids.The location is wonderful being that it’s on a wonderful spot on the river minutes from Gruene as well as New Braunfels. We had fun fishing off of the dock as well as taking little excursions around Canyon Lake.The house layout is a great layout, but the house itself is in desperate need of repairs. Cooking utensils, pots/pans, and other cooking items are broken or needing replaced. Multiple chairs are broken and the dock stairs are falling apart. Again great location and we were happy with our stay here.

The propane capsule, even though there were two of them, was empty, and the facilities were really limited for this property, along with very strict regulations.

Great house! Really enjoyed being on the river. The house was very comfortable and accommodating. Loved waking up in the morning with the view of the water.

Nice fenced in back yard for the dogs to roam and play.

We loved this property! It was exactly as the listing described. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The extra fans for the bedrooms were fantastic. The appliances were basically new and the washer and dryer came in super handy. Even though the river was freezing cold, we took our tubes and floated from the house down to The devil's playground at the Lazy L & L. It was absolutely beautiful!Cons: The outside porches were covered in spiderwebs and bugs, to be expected of course but it looked like it had been that way due a while. A quick blow with the leaf blower would have done wonders. The king bed in the master was quite possibly the worst bed we have ever slept in. We almost left early because we didn't get much sleep.

Had all we needed in order to make meals! Extremely well kept and clean...truly appreciated how clean it was. Felt like a home not just a rental. Hope to bring my family back again next year!

This is a yearly traditional trip we been doing 10 plus yrs. This property out of all I have booked, is by far the best. The location the house everything was top notch. So much so we all agreed to try and get it for next yr. Any future guest wont be disappointed especially by the location.
