We had a great stay. We don't usually rent houses but this worked out great. There was a small issue with one of the rooms. Someone before us had spread what looked like buggers all over the wall above the bed. But other than that,

Property was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for our group and nicely decorated. The biggest downside was the management company. All communication I sent via text message or through VRBO was responded to with what appeared to be automatic or AI responses and no follow up. Had to call them to have any kind of actual communication. A couple minor issues were noted to the management company Abodebucks but they never addressed either issue. Overall the property itself is worth staying at beds comfortable, rooms spacious and A/C worked well.

This was one of only a couple of properties in the entire St. Louis area that had 7 bedrooms, which we needed for our large group. The house fit seven adults comfortably. Unfortunately, the overall stay was marred by a few concerns: The hot water in the downstairs bathroom did not work. It took 3 days after we notified the host to get it resolved. Additionally, while the host would reply quickly, the responses were generic and they made promises to follow up but didn't.I had to message them multiple times in order to get a partial refund/compensation for the bathroom situation--They said after check out then we're still carefully reviewing the concerns and gathering the necessary information. When they finally did provide a small refund, I objected to the pittance of an amount and they said it was a gesture of goodwill even though 1 of 3 bathrooms didn't work for 3 of 4 nights.I would not recommend ABODEbucks as a host.

My adult siblings and our family stayed at the house and it was perfect for what we needed! The rooms were spacious and home was perfect for a bigger group. They had items for a baby/toddler which was helpful. The neighborhood was walking distance to quite a few restaurants and areas. The host responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this location

Nice location, easy commute to any where. Nice restaurants down the street. The house very clean, beds were conformable, kitchen was accommodating. Only negative was we were here on a cold day and house struggled to stay up to 65 degrees. Epecially in the basement area. Besides that will definitely stay in this area again.

My family and I had a wonderful visit! The house was amazing, plenty of room and gathering space. All ages of kids and they all enjoyed it:) The only things I would make sure to note would be that none of the bathrooms are adjoined to any of the bedrooms. Most of us didn't mind but my parents weren't fans. Also, there are no TVs in the bedrooms, only 2 in the house living rooms. Again, adults didn't mind at all but the kids pretty much ruled the tvs since they couldn't watch their shows in the bedrooms. Hot water didn't work in the basement shower but I'm sure that has been addressed. Other than that, the house was super close to all the things we wanted to do, we always felt safe and we could walk to a nearby market, restaurant and park . I'd definitely recommend AdobeBucks properties, especially this one, to others!

We had a great stay! The house has such character and charm. Our family came to town to watch my son play baseball. We had a large group. The house was comfortable having enough rooms, beds and space for everyone. The kitchen was nice and big enough to cook for a large group. Our legs got a workout from all the stairs but everything was perfect!
