A typical Mallorcan house located in the center of Sant Joan and in the heart of Mallorca. The house was completely restored in 2020. It measures approximately 200 square meters. It features four double bedrooms, two living rooms, a terrace, a balcony, and a BBQ.

The town celebrates its patron saint’s day on August 29, the feast of San Juan Degollado. On June 24, the “Dancing Sun” festival is celebrated, coinciding with the summer solstice. Other festivals include theFourth Sunday or Bread and Fish Festival (the fourth Sunday of Lent) and the Butifarrón Festival, in early October.
