Port St. Joe Retreat |Bay Views |New Construction| Near Cape San Blas

House was very beautiful and very clean. Sunsets are beautiful. Beds are new and hard. No traditional coffee maker so plan ahead. No bay access, only the view unless you want to walk a half a mile through the marsh. No 25 foot boat parking. Parking is what you see under the house and a little driveway only. Check in was a nightmare having to go through a rental company! Host has strict orders!!! In addition, the rental company texted me at 3:56am (I live in a central time zone), the day before check to let me know they emailed me a rental contract to sign and I wasn't given access to the property until signed. When given access, I was texted the wrong address for our late check-in that did not match the VRBO address I rented. So, we drove around pulling a 25 foot boat looking for the property we rented until I was texted back 20 minutes later. I don't usually leave negative reviews of any kind, however, I felt the need with the confusion about check in. With this experience, I will never rent from another rental company but rather a private owner who actually wants to rent their place for others to enjoy.

The house was beautiful, with great views of the bay. Very spacious and room for family to not feel cramped. Great locations you could easily take a short drive to multiple beaches.

The house was exactly as expected—spacious enough for everyone to spread out comfortably, yet with a large dining table that allowed us to gather and enjoy meals together. We especially appreciated that each bedroom had its own private bathroom, which made the stay even more convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location was perfect—just a short drive to Cape San Blas, which we absolutely loved. The porches were another highlight, offering a relaxing space to unwind. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and would gladly book this property again.

This is a great house! We were conveniently located to beach and grocery store. Can’t wait to book for next year!

We loved the house! It was beautiful, and the view was fabulous. The house was spacious and gorgeous. Everything was airy and tastefully decorated. I can't say enough about how pretty it was, and it was in a perfect location, close to everything we needed and wanted.

The place was great, it’s located off the busiest parts of the beaches in the area so it was quiet and relaxing, but close enough to drive to the public beaches near by. We absolutely loved it!!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very clean and comfortable and very conveniently located. The bay views and breeze in the evenings provided the perfect ending to each day. The property manager was very attentive and responsive. We would definitely consider a return trip.
