Newer construction home, well supplied and furnished beautifully. Close to beach area, brackish water. Enjoyed watching sun set each evening and shell hunting on beach. Other reviews mention the house is difficult to find. House is in a housing community where all roads are connected. We followed link with address sent in confirmation and had no issues.

We were given a daily credit to rent beach gear, which was awesome and really helped a lot. The walk to the beach was about 5-6 minutes. The community pool was really nice and clean. They have a splash pad for little ones to play in, a playground next to the oil, and lots of shaded areas.

This was an amazing stay we loved the house and its location to everything! The beaches were amazing and not very crowded even in June! We needed a few things and the owners were very responsive to grill issues and missing towels! The only thing I wish they had was the beach wagon we saw in the pictures we didn’t bring ours along because we saw that but they did not have a beach wagon.

We loved our stay in the Windmark Beach community! The area is so lovely, beautiful landscape and adorable homes. We took advantage of the beach gear rental and received adult and child bikes, beach wagon (not included with house as seen in pic) life vests, and beach chairs. The bikes really came in handy for going to the village area, where there are shops and a few restaraunts. The walk is a bit far-maybe 10-15 minutes. We also rented a golf cart through Barefoot rentals and went all over the community, lots of beaches to visit. Windmark Beach paths are about 3 miles so plenty to explore. The beaches were clean and relaxing. There is a public beach access right down the street from the house or many more accessible by boardwalk within the community. My kids loved using the paddle board that came with the house. We enjoyed all the extra beach accessories like the sand toys, floats, badminton gear, etc. Nice not to worry about packing those things! Bring your own beach towels!The house itself was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed breakfasts/dinners on the screened patio. We packed extra toilet paper, laundry pods, and paper towels. The keypad to get in the house is tricky and doesn't always work smoothly. You have to give it a few moments after entering the code to let it unlock. Renters need to know this before arriving. Loved our stay and will be back someday!

Loved the size of the property. I would have loved fans in every room. There was only a fan in the living room and master. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. 2 bedrooms with kings were great but no fans or dressers. Only dresser in the master. Wasn’t as big of a deal for the kids but the other 2 adults needed a dresser. Also there wasn’t any TV’s in any of the bedrooms but the master and living room. The kids just relaxed in bedrooms with their iPads but TV’s would have been nice in the bedrooms because we all didn’t agree some nights. The kitchen had everything and the beach gear was so helpful. The beach was about a 5 minute walk so it wasn’t bad but we gave in an got a golf cart halfway through so it was easier. The beach cart was hard to pull even at 5 minutes of walking. This house is towards the end of the community, by the public access so it was busier for windmark. Overall great house. Loved the layout and all the perks. Had a relaxing time. Loved the beds and extra blankets in the living room and the amazing neighborhood.

We have never had a bad experience in Windmark. This was a great property and the management was extremely nice. Definitely recommend this one :)
