Port St Joe Beach House w/ Pool Access!

Nice home near the beach and downtown bar and restaurants. We have stayed here on Christmas vacation two years in a row

great pool - did not use it. very clean, well stocked kitchen- one could live there and not buy another kitchen utencil. towels were luxurious and dried well. easy entry access. beach location access excellent. the mattress in the queen room might need to be changed but that could be me. very noisy when you go in and got and a little thin for me...but that's me my wife was fine.

Everything was perfect for our vacay! Very nice home. Home was very clean and everything the Vrbo site had listed. . Excellent location. Beautiful area! Had a wonderful time!!

The house itself was lovely! Very clean and beautifully decorated. It is a good walk from the pool, especially with two young kids. Definitely rent the golfcart for the pool. Two of our reasons for renting this house were 1. Garage parking, but we were unable to park in the garage due to the golfcart and another vehicle being in there. 2. We cook a lot, but found out there wasn't any gas for the grill, not even a container. More towels would be excellent, and the vacuum cleaner had a prong missing on the cord and part of the cord was wrapped in electrical tape? Be sure to bring/buy extra toilet paper and paper towels if you're staying an extended period of time. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Great location.

The property was very clean and comfortable. The beach is only a 5 minute walk. I was surprised at how big the entire complex there was. We were not able to make it to the pool due to the crowd but we had a really nice time at the beach and surrounding areas. If you do not walk a lot, you will want to rent the golf cart.

Dealing with Evolve was less than desirable. I assume Evolve is the property manager, but I’m not certain. The property listing does not mention Evolve at all, but once you book & you get the confirmation via the VRBO app, any further communication goes through Evolve & it’s sent via email. The day we were supposed to arrive I still had not received info to access the property. The email containing all necessary info was sent to my husband’s email. This trip was my sister & I & my husband was in a different state & no, I do not have his email access. I had to call Evolve to get the info sent to me, but why can’t all communication go through the VRBO app like other properties? This would have made everything much more efficient. And then the pool. The email said pool code was in the guest book inside the house, the guest book said it would be in the welcome email. It wasn’t either place. I called Evolve again & they instructed me to contact the property owner. The owner responded very quickly with the pool access code. I hate leaving a negative review & please note the only negative aspect was Evolve. The property is perfect! Easy beach access via the boardwalk, the house was clean & in a safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable & the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay, but if we have our choice, we will not rent another property when Evolve is the manager. The owners have done a great job at making the property feel like home & the decor was very stylish.

This was one of the best places we have ever stayed. The community was a great fit for us. Live entertainment was a short 6 minute walk away! Short walk to the beach that was absolutely beautiful!!! Fun was had by all!

We had an amazing visit!! The beaches are so close and St. Joe is such a cute city to grab dinner or ice cream. Small town vibes, we love it here!!

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything we needed was supplied, great home. Will be back.

Probably one of the cleanest properties we've stayed in. Great location in Windmark near the beach and restaurants.

My family attended a wedding in Port St Joe. We wanted a house that would be large enough for the entire family, but wouldn’t break the bank. This property was perfect! The house was beautiful, and just the right size for us. The walk to the beach on the boardwalk was great for the kids to get to the beach safely. The area was not busy, so everything about the trip was peaceful. We will definitely be back!

The Oyster Shack is a great place to be to enjoy the beach, for scalloping, for shelling and for taking in some good eats! Great “sisters get-away” with a great location! Excellent follow-up by owner to our requests.

We had a great time in Port St. Joe scalloping. This house offered the space we needed for 5 adults, and was in a great location. We loved using the boardwalk to get to the bay to fish/paddle board/catch the sunset. Negatives were that several of the lights, light bulbs, and garbage disposal did not work. There were ants in the master bathroom. The garage was very unorganized, and some of the bikes had flat tires so we could not use them. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay.

We loved the house and had a great time in the community!
