Stayed Aug 14, 2025The property was great! Clean, well kept and air conditioning was cold! We really enjoyed the downstairs hang out area and close proximity to the beach. Our stay could have been better if we had used a different golf cart rental company. Massive issues with Joy Rides golf carts before and during our stay put a little bit of a damper on an otherwise great stay.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025Loved it. Very clean, great location. Would suggest more wash cloths and kitchen towels. Only two were provided for 5 guest and the clean towels on our beds when we arrived were still damp. Other than that, the place was great . We had a great time with our family. We will definately book again.

Stayed May 27, 2025Not Worth the Money — Disappointed with CleanlinessI wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major improvements are made. While I wasn’t expecting luxury based on the photos, the home was uncomfortably dirty, dusty, and in serious need of a deep clean. It feels like the baseboards haven’t been touched in years. There were bugs, the carpet smelled of mildew, and parts of it appeared moldy. The bedsheets had visible stains, and we found hair and dust throughout the space. The property has potential to be charming with some care and attention, but as it stands, it’s not worth the cost. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, not a bonus.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025The majority of the stay we didn’t have hot water because there were issues with the water heater. I had to call the office 3 times due to not having hot water. The house was cozy. It was well stocked with pots & pans but could use more mixing bowls, leftover containers, dish towels, & spatulas.
